I'm done, with this place, I'm get charged 10 buck's to wash my own vehicle come on because I don't have cash or change then I try to contact the number it just hangs up on me way to do business should say there's a 8 dollar charge for the service I get why it don't no one would ever use the place anymore significant enough reason?

Automatic Uses Only Water, no soap no wax no matter how much you pay, i did the most expensive and still only water, just put the cheap if you lazy like me! and don’t waste your money you’ll save couple of bucks! Water itself won’t wash your car!

DO NOT USE!!!!!!I tried the coin wash at first, it took $3.00 and wouldn't work. I then tried the automatic, selected the $4 wash, and wash charged $10.

I am new to Rockford, IL & I have never experienced a Self Car Wash such as this one. I've always Hand Washed my own vehicles. This car wash leaves me with NOTHING NICE TO SAY!!

The automatic wash..doesnt get my car clean.you can see back window wiper mark with dirt on the rest of the window.the spot free is more like free spots.my rims..lmao..they are still dirty..even after i put a wheel cleaner on before i enter...they need a bill changer too..one that gives bills for like..change for a 20 will give you 4-5's so we dont get $20 in quarters.The dryer doesnt go long enough..need to add 20 more seconds.
