Customer service at the store was always excellent. The reason for poor rating and complaint is cubesmart isn’t great when dealing with a loss of items due to there building leaking and items getting water logged and covered in mold . The insurance company they use is a complete scam and wouldn’t cover my items that are a total loss. Great American insurance who cubesmart uses does not cover many things along with the three main reasons for insurance ; fire, water, or burglary. Be very cautious with using them for your storage needs and do not get there insurance provider.

They have no carts to transport your crap and it's an indoor facility so you have to make dozens of trips for one car load. Absolutely terrible setup go anywhere else.

I was impressed with how clean and kept together this store was when I was in the search for a storage unit. The staff member working was professional , personable and answered my questions without second guessing anything I asked .I am going to be recommending this location to my friends and family that are in search of a unit .

I rented a climate controlled unit and left my things in storage for 5 months. I went to collect my things and just about all of my furniture is ruined due to water damage and mold. My kids beds, my bed, dressers, the mirrors on dressers, couches literally all of my furniture is damaged. My children can use this furniture anymore due to the mold growth.

Prices went up three times. I moved out August 11-24 due to price went up to 358.00 monthly. Ridiculous. I got the same unit for $258 indoors also.
