La peor farmacia que eh visitado resulta que los doctores mandan el medicamento a esa direccion 110 s alpine. Y cuando segun vas a recogerla te dicen el medicamento fue trasferido a otra farmacia para fregarla aveces esta cerrada la farmacia que envian el medicamento ya son 2 veces que me ah pasado.The worst pharmacy I have ever visited turns out that the doctors send the medicine to that address 110 s alpine. And when you go to pick it up they tell you that the medication was transferred to another pharmacy. and it happens that sometimes the pharmacy that sent the medicine is closed. Pharmacy is understaffed or just doesn't care. We tried to get a Paxlovid prescription for Covid and they said they had a 3 day backlog!!!? This antiviral drug must be taken at the onset of Covid... 3 days later is too late. I will not use this store again.

If I could give a negative star rating I would!!!!This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been too. Scheduled family for covid boosters. Upon arrival the person to administer at our scheduled time wasn't ready for us they were to busy. When we came back at a more convenient time for them they informed us upon further review that the product they had was expired and would not be able to give the shot. 4 hours wasted to be told sorry for you!!!Secondly, it takes weeks for prescription to be filled. It requires Dr submitted forms. Then you have to go to the pharmacy and ask for you meds to only be informed of whatever excuse they have for that day. Todays excuse was we don't offer that med. it has been 5 days since I submitted my order and their automated system has been working on it. HOW HARD IS IT TO CALL ME AND NOT WASTE MY TIME!!!!!Thirdly, when I am first in line and told I am next to be filled, how does it take an hour to fill a prescription???? Shame on you CVS

Called to get a med switched over from a different pharmacy. Cuz they didn't take my insurance. Got ahold of a lady I couldn't remember her name. But she was very rude and would cut me off after asking me a question about my health! Once I asked her to stop cutting me off she then hung up the phone. I called back she then refused to serve me because i said the word "damn" she then told me to call back at 10p when the next pharmacist would come in. Again this is a med I need due to my health! Such terrible service. Won't be using this CVS again.

Very friendly staff. My experience was pleasant from the person who assisted with pre vaccine paperwork to the person administering the shots to the cashier in the front of the store. This is my favorite CVS

I usually only go out of my way to leave good reviews, but this negative one is more than earned. Called around 1pm to ensure my RX had been called in by my doctor. At about 2:10 I arrived in CVS drive thru behind 4 other vehicles. After waiting in line for 15, it was finally my turn. I was told to come back bc my rx was not ready. So I went around. Was told again to come back. So on my third time, they said they still didn’t have it ready so I asked when they would because I had been here for 30 minutes already, and the girl said “we have hundreds of customers here”. I will be switching to cvs inside target bc they would be calling me as I was on my way there from my drs office to tell me my rx is ready before I even arrived. The fact is, I could’ve waited all day before I showed up to the pharmacy, and I still would’ve been given the same run around with the same subpar customer service, they would not have started to fill my rx until I arrived inquiring for it. Cvs inside target is a lot less hassle. Shoot even Walgreens was easier to deal with.

One Prescription for muscle spasms called in at 4 pm on Wednesday. Called 2 hrs later, automated response said prescription would be done at 10.30 pm. I left for work a half hour early the next morning to pick up and was told the prescription would be done at 8.00 am. "We were really busy" was the response from the pharmacist.If it takes 16 hours to fill a prescription, you may want to hire more people.But it seems to be the way of the world these days, running with as little help as possible is more important than customer satisfaction.

Not bad... I haven't been in a CVS pharmacy in a while I have to admit there wasn't a line at the pharmacy and I was greater.. it was clean inside
