Terrible service. Prescription not ready on time... even hours after it's supposed to be ready. They over charge unless you force them to use a GoodRx card. 1st and last time I use this pharmacy!

Stopped by to drop of a ups package..got no help.i walked the whole store and couldn't find any help. I went back to the front to wait for someone but no one showed up. Waited 15minutes and still no one. The store was basically running itself.. they have 2 of the self-check-out machines. 1 cash only and one cash and card. Customers would just help themselves and walk out.. I wonder how much of the product actually gets scanned.
Store was very messy. Freight carts all over the store. Front area was extremely messy, specially next to the photo printing area. Behind the 1 register/desk was super messy, boxes everywhere and just a big mess.
The only area that had workers was the pharmacy. They had a full house and a huge wait/line.
This was my first visit to this location. I didn't want to drive the extra 5-10minutes to the UPS store but after this experience I wouldn't leave my package there, it'll probably get lost.

All the cvs in illinois have a call system that is poor where you can't talk to anyone. Most of us really dislike as you have to wait a hour to call back . This store has bern great but cvs has this system and I really dislike it

I was discriminated at CVS ! They lied and said they transferred over prescription I told them imma wait.... Was waiting over an hour and they treated to call police on me.

The pharmacy is no longer 24 hours. There is always a wait at the pharmacy when it was open 24 hours and now it's even worse. It is a corporate problem.

Couldn't go get my medicine tonight that i need badly. I just got there from an ER visit and knowing that this is the only 24 hour location, i picked this one but nope. like I usually do, i guess they aren't 24 hours during the season or after or at all anymore but before 5 months ago they were so it makes no sense lol. It's annoying really because I literally saw a pharmacist in there doing work, you guys really can't afford to keep your phmarcy open all night anymore? Wtf so bs ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ if you can't find anyone to hire I WOULD literally work the hours.

I have had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy. There are long waits in the drive through. They don't take people in order. One lane you have to go back through another lane and wait again because they can't put the prescription through the kiosk. They could send it in different bags. They gave me the wrong prescription. You can not talk to a live person. The service is extremely lousy and I am forced to go to CVS or pay a higher price somewhere else. They are rude and don't care about their customers. They seem to be short staffed. Go somewhere else if you are able to.

I can’t believe the pharmacy completely closes for lunch. There is not even someone who can just deal with people picking up meds. The whole pharmacy goes to lunch at the same time. Some of us have to pick up our meds on our lunch hour so this makes it impossible.

The check out person made me wait while she put items away. Didn't say I'll be right with you she just put all the items back and slowly walked
up to the register. Not even a smile or a hello. But she did thank me. Maybe she didn't feel well? Or? Maybe she just doesn't like her job. I know plenty of people that would kill to have a job. But I will remain a loyal customer.

I used to work for CVS as a pharmacy technician and where I worked there was nothing but respect for the people that came up to the pharmacy. This location is just horrible Everytime I come here with a positive attitude and I leave having the worst day because the pharmacy is just incredibly rude. We're coming to pick up medicine and get help and we get no sympathy and attitudes because we're frustrated at the answers we're receiving. I will never come here again and I will make sure I none of my friends and family do either. You need to teach your employees respect.

Their new phone system is a nightmare. No option to wait to speak to a person. Have to leave a voicemail and they don't call back at all or it is a very long time. I'm transferring all of my Rx's to another pharmacy.
