Beware: I noticed sale prices were not applied at check out. Cashier said they were having system problems - no sale prices were applying - but no IT support was available and they were not allowed to put a notice up on the self-checkout machines. They could only re-ring item at proper price... if the customer caught it before leaving store. So nearly every customer was getting overcharged/ripped off by CVS. Why should anyone shop at a store that not only rips them off on every visit, but doesn't even care enough to put up a simple sign? It's certainly not a place I would trust with my health.

Slowest service I've ever gotten at a pharmacy. Prescription was called in ten hours before then waited in person for over an hour before I could get a prescription filled.

Their store never changes. They offer the same, nothing new! The pharmacy text was rude and seemed like she couldn't hear or spell. She asked me my name, birthday three times before she found my prescriptions. Sad, I was very disappointed. I never have a problem except when she works..

This place has at most 30 min wait, in line outside. Be careful, there's usually 5- 12 car wait. Very hostile people outside and well deserved!!!NOT HAPPY

The employees got expired baked beans, for brains. Can't pick up the pace to save their lives, and the old man inside needs to mf retire at this point ??♀️

Can never answer phones waited over three hours on hold about my sons prescription to have to drive there and be told they are out of stock and nothing they can do and that I can try another store asked cashier girl at window to call said other store to see if they had and could hold it she said she can’t.. wow what great customer service you guys have.. my son is very sick and needed prescription!!! Very horrible pharmacy only reason I come here is because of my insurance.. rude distasteful staff and very unhelpful as the customer she should have been wanting to keep me happy and called other store

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Every time I give them a prescription it’s takes them days to fill even if I call early and make sure it’s done they’ll say it is and I’ll still wait an hour. This week I had the pleasure of having surgery brought my pain med script in three days before I needed it filled the morning I run out of my pain meds and need more they of course aren’t ready and said they needed prior authorization from my doctor, which why wasn’t this brought to my attention on the three days you’ve had it already! They give the authorization, CVs calls says it’s ready for pickup we go all the sudden that don’t accept my insurance even though I’ve filled multiple scripts here. Whatever get back in line with the $20 ready to get my pain meds. Already now 8 hours past when I was supposed to have my next dose. Apparently the lady didn’t like that we were upset about this so when we got back in line and all the sudden they weren’t done and I had to wait till midnight mind you it’s already 9pm 13 hours past my original call in the morning when I ran out of my meds. Get there at midnight and all the sudden I have to wait until morning for them. I’m in such extreme pain I’ve been crying and rolling around my bed for the last 16 hours and I need to wait longer. This is absurd. I will be changing pharmacies this week and talking to corporate this store needs some MAJOR HELP. I’m disgusted that I have to sit here and cry with no resolution thank you CVs!

If I could give a negative star rating I would!!!! This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been too. Scheduled family for covid boosters. Upon arrival the person to administer at our scheduled time wasn't ready for us they were to busy. When we came back at a more convenient time for them they informed us upon further review that the product they had was expired and would not be able to give the shot. 4 hours wasted to be told sorry for you!!! Secondly, it takes weeks for prescription to be filled. It requires Dr submitted forms. Then you have to go to the pharmacy and ask for you meds to only be informed of whatever excuse they have for that day. Todays excuse was we don't offer that med. it has been 5 days since I submitted my order and their automated system has been working on it. HOW HARD IS IT TO CALL ME AND NOT WASTE MY TIME!!!!! Thirdly, when I am first in line and told I am next to be filled, how does it take an hour to fill a prescription???? Shame on you CVS

I am so shocked at the way this CVS pharmacy location treats their customers. The employees are beyond rude, will speak over you and lie to your face. I have no idea what is going on behind that counter but corporate needs to be involved.

I’ve called 3x and I have to wait on hold to speak to someone at the pharmacy, that’s fine, but I will wait on hold for over 10 mins then it hangs up. Trash service

Incompetent, lazy, power tripping, racist people. I don't understand how this is a CVS. Corporate / management should either close this location or fire everyone and hire good people. BEWARE - Get you prescriptions somewhere else.

Extremely rude and unprofessional people working in the pharmacy, I was told that I would not be helped for having an attitude cause I told the woman my name isn’t James and was saying hello can you hear me when I couldn’t hear her on the other end, I asked her what part of what I said was wrong or made her feel I was having an attitude, she just kept repeating herself saying to stop having an attitude , so I told her i don’t know what I did that made you feel that way but please stop speaking to me this way and she hung up on me

Horrible CVS is the worst customer satisfaction ever and horrible place to get scripts at on Charles St or state pick Walgreens unless you want to get lied to and a run around
