Get new prescriptions and the pharmacist just comes over and pushes a button on the computer and leaves, doesn't explain anything. Also my bottles say there's refills and I call and they say I need to call my Dr because he's not responding to refill my prescription. My file states easy open caps and I get safety caps on my meds almost everytime! Somebody can't read or they don't take the time to check the files when they refill the meds!

Stop in at CVS to use my new OTC card. The cashier was so helpful even helped set up my phone app. Then she explained the rewards too.

Terrible customer service. I mentioned when they finally answered the phone that it shouldn’t be this hard to talk to a person and the fact I never received update on my prescription being filled. Basically she was rude and said to contact cooperate, I said so not your problem ok!! I will not use CVS again. This is the problem with big business.

Quite possibly the rudest employees on the planet. One of the pharmacists treats you as if you're a child and do not understand a lick of anything about the medications you take and also likes to mark you as "high risk" even if you're not marked high risk by your doctor. The techs will look at you waiting and keep working. They don't go out of their way to make sure you get your medications on time like the other locations do. They go strictly off what the computer says and nothing more. I switched to a different location.

I came into contact with poison Ivy my first time ever I wanted a pharmacist to give an opinion on the Benadryl cream because calamine was not working and the cashier shooed me away and said you can figure it out. Never in my life has a pharmacy treated me like this.

They are the worse unfortunately this is where my insurance sends me. They have no respect for anyone they are rude and worse part is they hand me 15 new medication for my children without a consultation. When I asked for one I was ignored.

If you want a bad experience just visit this pharmacy. They usually have prescriptions messed up and you wind up waiting a long time in line.
