Discount Med Direct saves us more than 50% on the cost of medication that our insurance refuses to cover, and Jeannie at Rockford location is AWESOME. She has gone above and beyond to assist us, time after time. Our doctor's office staff are chronically uncooperative; every time we need a refill, his staff ignores notes on our patient charts about what pharmacy to use and calls in the prescription to CVS (at more than double the cost to us!). Jeannie persists until it gets straightened out, even though we have to do it all again in 90 days. Jeannie never gets angry with us because our doctor's office staff is inexplicably obtuse. Jeannie is the gold standard of professionalism and personal care. We are so grateful to have found the company, and doubly grateful for Jeannie!

I was informed of Meds Direct by my Doctors Office. Ordering is fast and easy and the customer service is outstanding. There was a delay on my Doctors Office end and Jeannie worked to clear things up with them and called me daily to update me on my Medication. I appreciate her help more than I can say.
