Absolutely terrible techs and service broke 3 lug nuts and snapped wheel studs can’t even get rim off of truck and they are saying they aren’t responsible and no efforts to help.

This place is a zoo all the time. It's really one of the busiest places in Rockford. The staff hustles, but there are still lines and sometimes long wait times. But the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and takes the time to provide the assistance you need. The do need more indoor seating though

We ordered tires for my husband’s truck, which cost 1,548.19. When we ordered them earlier in the week, they stated once they arrived to come in and they would get them on. That is exactly what we did. We dropped off the truck at 4pm, ran some errands, and I dropped him back off there around 4:40. He didn’t leave until 6:52pm. That is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. If they didn’t have us pay in the beginning, we would’ve went somewhere else. My husband did ask a worker how much longer, and if he left how long it would take for that money to get back into the account. They advised 5 business days. So he ultimately had to stay. When my husband told them he was going to stay, the worked sighed and walked away. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.. like the new tire place that’s only 2.5 miles north of this horrible establishment.

I have been using the company for years and been satisfied. That being said my scheduled apt has still left me with an estimated. 2:15 minute wait because of the walk ins. I thought the walk ins came after the appts, silly me. Why isn’t one person calling the people with apts with an option to re schedule? Again silly me. It will be interesting to see how long I am here today.

Fast friendly staff would of given 5 but I stated to have all tires checked for nails notes were giving to desk and on paper to garage employees but tires were not check and found nails in tires and that psi was so far off on each tire that I had to babe them put more psi in the tires before leaving parking lot

I had all 4 new tires put on my Jeep, during the process 2 of my pressure sensors were broken. I went back to location after and they reimbursed me for the cost of the sensors! Always a good experience with this discount tire location! Thank you!

Don’t say you have a warranty for repairs and then charge $70 for tire repair that was clearly a defective tire issue. Plus you baited and switched making us think it was fully covered over the phone before the appointment. No nails or anything caused by driver as they stated. Discount Tire claimed it’s only a warranty if it can be repaired. What? It was a defective tire you sold us. Please everyone don’t even bother with this company.

My hubcap will not fit or bolt on to the new rim you guys gave to me. So I'm just suppose to rock 3 hubcaps?? That looks tacky. Btw I had to do some labor with the tire to find this out. You people know full well every second of labor costs money. My hubcap was $60. Ruined because of the rim you put on. I thought I posted something already.
