The overweight manager, with long blonde hair and a hoarse, gravelly voice, is extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and lazy. She insults customers and does not prioritize customer service or their needs. It is unclear how she remains employed here. Complaints to corporate do not result in any warnings. No one can report her name because she doesn't wear her tag for this reason, and if you want to find her in the store, just look in the office because she never leaves it.I encourage fellow patrons who may have encountered similar experiences to share their feedback by contacting Dollar General's complaint line. It is crucial for the store's management to address these issues and uphold the standards of professionalism and customer service excellence.

I went to this with an attempt to return some items and purchase the correct ones, however the imbecile of a manager wouldn’t even leave her office to explain something to me. She was such a narcissist that she kept sending her young African American female employee relaying messages from her to me back and forth. She finally graced me with her rude and disgusting presence and continued to be even more rude and disgusting, angry, dismissive, and nasty. Her wild bore like structure along with her erratic behavior was mind blowing . I’ve called corporate on her twice and will be making a third call along with an email to her district manager.

It's definitely a nicer one on the outside. Inside, however the bathrooms are locked, you have to get a key and they weren't clean. The isles are cluttered with products and there were huge blank spaces on shelves.
