Horrible attitude from the manager working and the crew. They were yelling at each other all throughout the store, and when I asked for my receipt, the manager acted like it was the end of the world because she had to go pull it back up and look for it and was having trouble finding it. After I had mentioned to her three or four times if she could not find it, it was fine. I will try to figure something out for work. Because I was tired of her attitude at that point.Yes, it was only two items, but I have to take that to work to get reimbursed for the items that I purchase for work. I work in customer service so I understand. Sometimes you have a stressful day, but you should not take it out on your customers or each other to where the customers can hear you. If you don’t have the patience for people, then you are in the wrong field.

It's packed to the ceiling. You'll be there a moment looking for anything because they have so many varieties and variations of everything! It's overly stocked which is likely because of staffing issues. Prepare to be patient as there will also likely be a line for check out. The staff is friendly and courteous.

This place is a mess. Like worst Dollar Tree I've ever visited. Junk everywhere. Nothing put away correctly. More like a rummage sale than a store. Cashier was very nice

Hey managers…and superiors….why don’t you wanna do a good job.
Most people thrive when they are excelling at work and doing a good job.

How do you have different hours on the website, then on the door. Great way to waste people's time. All I wanted was a gallon of water for work. I would have gone to Meijers I just didn't feel like walking 500 yards to get one thing. Update your hours. Common sense.

I used to love dollar tree on east state but now I think I changed my mind the workers are horrible and every manager should be let go that's my opinion the guy manager Steve is dirty looking he's always looking like a creep around women unprofessional ECT no help bad attitudes the heavy set gal Esther talks to much instead of doing her job I really miss that sweet black girl Jamie she was such a doll she never had an attitude always smiling she was quick to help you find whatever you needed she was always cleaning up the store plus running the register and she was so fast with getting huge lines down no problem haven't seen her here in almost a year she probably quit or something hire her back and get rid of these other rude employees and managers

I apologize to the customers about their experiences but, we try to do our best to serve accordingly and we are sometimes/may be short staff. I shop here sometimes depending what is coming in NEW in the shipment! Our policy did changed do to the above EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP management expense! Managers are only allow to answer the phones; also the floor shipment displays and merchandises have be on the floor immediately! Cashiers have to attend to their registers and also stock merchandise near front entrance. You can find almost anything like it was a treasure hunt for goods. I see kids, teenagers and adults buying a lot of toys and books for home, office or school purpose. Cheaper the value more bang for the BUCK! Shopping at our $5 dollar selection is getting expensive with other purchases; but we still cheaper than Walmart, Target, Sam's club and Costco, Micheals"s, Joann, Family Dollar, Dollar General, CVS, Walgreens and Burlington Coat Factory depending on the items.

This dollar tree is racist ! Stereotyping black people wouldn't let me buy my children fornite gift cards . Said it had to be purchased with cash only ??? Which is not true I've purchased them here before plenty of times . Then proceeds to tell me they can't give me cash back if I purchase something. Cashier asked the manager (big stomach sloppy man with stains all over his shirt looking very un-presentable) can he proceed w/card payment... he looks at me an says no cash only that's how I know the rule is made up !!!

Horrible Customer Service, waited in line almost 14 minutes because both Afresh can American Women just could not keep their mouths from talking to people that they knew were checking out. Also, rude interactions with other people. One other African American Male got fed up and set his stuff on floor and walked out. This Franchise is to provide quick fixes n and out service for less even though their prices went up. Work ethics are out the window to n this location.
