Their website does not accurately reflect their stock. It showed me they had multiple options of winter boots in my size in their store, but when I got there, they didn’t have any of those, and they said they didn’t have anything in the back either. I wasted a trip to the store because of this. Please fix your website to accurately reflect what you have in stock, so that your customers won’t waste time, energy, and money on gas.

Was looking for a size 12 women's shoe. It's very rare I can ever find a size 12 in store usually have to order online. Really wish stores would carry some size 12 shoes in store

When I'm today and brought four pair. I had a little one with me that I was carrying when I got to the checkout and got my stuff wrung out she tells me they don't have any bags for me so I'm like how do I supposed to carry this she struck her shoulders. I said can I have something anything can I get a garbage bag I can't carry boxes of shoes and a baby too then I'm assuming had to be the manager told me to contact corporate about it she said she know it's a shame that they didn't have any bags

We've found shoes but there were no bags to carry them out in .No bags no top to the box. But my shoes look good

Took my mom to get a pair of shoes yesterday. Great selection and prices. Several sales staff asked her if she needed help finding what she was looking for. Good size availability. Checkout including using a coupon was easy. Plenty of close parking spaces.?????

Found a pair of shoes just fine. Got to the checkout and was asked if I had a phone number. I said I don't have a phone number here, and I don't want to give it. I was then asked if I want to sign-up, I said no. The cashier then said it was free and I would get a discount. I said no for a 3rd time. I was then asked by the cashier how often I shop there, I replied this would be the last time.

Size selection wasn't very good. If you are over a size 8 you will more than likely have to order online. The styles were a bit limited as well.
