Arrangement is nice but pricey. Their hours online, on Google, and on the door are all different, and they don’t answer their phone (tried calling four times today, finally gave up).

If I could have left zero stars, I would have. Customer service was TERRIBLE. I was in the Rockford, IL location on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at around 5:30pm.I walked in, no one was on the sales floor. A young lady came from the back and said hello. I said hello in return. The employee proceeded to look at the register monitor while clicking with the mouse several times as if she was Navigating with the monitor. I literally stood in the store looking at the menu items monitors on the wall for about 2 minutes. Other than the music playing and the clicking of the computer mouse, there was nothing; no offer to help, no suggestions for purchase, ZERO customer engagement, and ZERO eye contact, as I would periodically look at her to see if she was even going to stop staring at the register monitor and look up at HER CUSTOMER.... NOTHING!!!! It's A cute, tiny little store, the employee and I were the only people present, and I had absolutely no idea what I wanted to purchase as a gift for my Pastor's wife. Finally, I asked the employee is she was going to ask me if there was anything that she could help me with. Her response, after she finished clicking the mouse a few more time and then looking at her watch, was "I did. I said Hi." I turned around and walked out, after letting her know that her customer service skills suck. This was by far the WORST customer service encounter that I've EVER experienced. I will NEVER return to this location. I truly hope that this employee CHOOSES to do her job during her next shift with other customers. I wouldn't want ANYONE to have the same experience that I had. I sat in the parking lot to submit this review. I'mnot certain what hour this location closes, but at approximately 5:45pm she and another employee came from the back and turned off the menu items monitors. I completed my review and left the location.

I ordered a eighty five dollar Fruit edible basket. Was a teddy bear in a cheesecake. A driver stole the order. And said he delivered it. But he wasn't caught on the ring camera. Making the delivery. I've been trying to get them to replace it. But they keep hanging the phone up under customers. I recommend nobody to use this company ever again. Because it is a Shatsy company They steal your money People's heart earned money

I ordered a platter and when I went to pick it up , not only was it not ready it wasn’t in the system at all, yet they still took my money and I left empty handed . Worst place . Do not recommend

i went into Edible Arrangements for my first time and Johnathon did not disappoint me, I was blown away by the arrangement he made me!!! I highly recommend going to see Johnathon you will not be disappointed I promise!!!!

Ordered a birthday arrangement for my daughter to be delivered to her hospital floor. Specified unit and floor but apparently the delivery person was NoT allowed to enter the lobby (which I confirmed is not true) so he handed it to the security guard who was supposed to hand it to the receptionist to deliver to the unit. The arrangement is lost forever in translation and edible arrangement rep told me that once they drop it off, it is not in them to assure that the recipient received the product. Disappointing. Expensive and disappointing. Do not order unless perhaps it goes to a place where someone can for sure receive it for you.

First time ordering and placed order online. When I called to inquire on delivery estimated time, store associate was clueless about my order. First stated my order was delivered when I had literally just placed the order online. Then stated it’ll get delivered once they made it … very unprofessional. Hopefully delivery goes well ??♀️

I had pre-ordered a special birthday surprise , but unfortunately, the order turned out to be a complete mess. Despite my request for flowers and balloons, only the cake was delivered. I even spoke with them the same delivery day and I confirm the order. When I contacted them the following day, they offered to re-deliver the missing items, but it was already too late as the birthday had passed. They did offer a refund, but that was not what I was looking for. Additionally, when I inquired about a credit for a future order, they said they don’t that. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and, based on this experience, I have no intention of ordering from them again.

I stopped going here when I was parked in the parking lot and could see through the back where they prepare the chocolate covered fruit and I could see a female (the one with a septum piercing) licking her fingers clean of the chocolate then touching my order. Don’t bother writing a bad review or reaching out to the owner, they say to contact them but I’ve tried contacting the owner herself and the edible arrangements team via email and never received a response about making things right.

The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. The arrangements are deliciously beautiful. Definitely a better alternative to flowers.

This rating is not for this particular location but for all the Edible Arrangements everywhere. 2 stars because it is NEVER easy to place an order. The first time I tried to send a get well soon platter it was a mess! They had cancelled my order and it ended up being delivered about 4 days late, I had to keep calling to check on the order, and it was not the item I wanted. Today I tried placing an order online for my mom. I wanted to send her a get well platter and the system did not accept my credit card (Weird). So when I called to place the order with a person they wanted to charge me $14.99 for delivery after I was using a free delivery coupon. So I decided to just cancel the whole sweet gesture. Edible arrangements is never easy. It's always a hassle.
