From the entrance to the drop off of the rental, all of the staff was top tier. Thoa and Corbin handled my rental and they were both on top of their game. Thoa was very professional, and her customer service was impeccable. Corbin was patient in waiting for my additional documents for the rental. They both were exceptional. I highly recommend this location.

I recently totaled my car and needed a Rental. The process was made very smooth by the competent customer service agents and the speedy check out process. The weather at this time was Frigid, High's of -10 during the day and -25 at night. During this time I had a flat which is an inconvenience in the best of weather but try getting help changing a tire when there are 8 inches of snow on the ground and everything is FROZEN!! When Thoa at the Rockford Enterprise office heard of my dilema she sent two employees out to my location with a car for me. I could not have asked for better service. To top it off when I dropped off my rental because I had purchased a car The manager of the office drove me to the car dealership. I could not possibly have asked for a better experience. (except for maybe warmer weather) Thank You Enterprise and Thoa!!

My first car was not suitable for my long trip so Ms. Thoa Ly was able to set me up with a more suitable car the next morning at 7:30 am!The trip was great!

I had a fantastic, excellent experience renting a car from the Rockford, IL. location. They picked me up at Vangalder bus and were very thorough in making sure everything was all set. My car ended up at the Kia dealership for an upgrade, to which they placed me in a rental with Enterprise while working on my vehicle.The first vehicle was a 2023 BMW 5 Series 530i gas and electric in a beautiful burgundy color.It was a wonderful machine to drive. It however had a bubble in the front drivers tire so with that I called Enterprise road side assistance to obtain a new vehicle as driving with a bubble in a tire is unsafe.I was told they would drive overnight to deliver me a new vehicle no later than 2 AM (this call started at 4 pm the day prior).I stayed up all night waiting for them to notify me that they had reached the final location and needed me to sign papers of give the keys to my current rental.THAT DID NOT HAPPEN........ instead I got up at 7am that morning drove to the local airport spoke with the customer service member who informed me that I would have to wait until 12:30 to see if all the vehicles assigned for that day had been picked up.... (this was a Saturday morning to which I needed to leave town no later than 10 am that day)Due to having notes in the system showing there was to be a vehicle delivered to me this quickly became escalated to the regional manager. (Nothing came of it, not even a phone call)I was called around 11 am from the manager of the airport location and told there was a vehicle ready for me.This vehicle was an F150 Crew Cab (aka Super Crew) with no running boards on the truck. Yes I had to climb Mt. Everest in order to get in, after having right knee surgery for a broken Patellar Fracture 3 months ago).If it hadn't been for the dealership I was dealing with paying for the rental from enterprise while they were working on my truck. I would have quickly found a different rental company to use!!!!!!

I dealt with Austin for my rental pick up. He was friendly and ensured I would have the vehicle to fit our family's needs for our trip. I would come here again for future service, I've always had a great experience with Enterprise.

I was stuck at Rockford airport. I had no ride cause there was no Uber or Lyft available. The airport was closing. I had never been to Rockford, IL..This was turning out to be a bad experience. I was there to pick up a disabled love on who couldn’t travel alone. Ryan Rude was such a really big help. He over heard me talking to a TSA person and offered to help.He gave me a great deal on a rental car no notice. I really appreciated his help. Thanks so much Ryan Rude.

The experience with the Enterprise rental process was a 5-star experience. The associates promptly greeted me as I entered the office, even though they were busy with other customers. My info from my online reservation was readily available and my vehicle was ready to be checked over. The associate was thorough in his check over of the vehicle and answered all questions satisfactorily. I was very pleased as the entire process was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use Enterprise for my next vehicle rental!

When I rent from them they are very nice and professional. But as soon as you drive away there is no more contact with them. They do not answer their phones ever!!!!!!!! Then you hold and after so long the call disconnects you. Very frustrating if you have issues or any questions after you leave their lot. Also you drop off the car after hours they never call you back and let you know if everything is good on their part and they charge you what ever they want for conditions and you don’t know why or for what. This is the reason for the four star. Other wise I would rate them 5 star. Grrrrrr

We reserved a car for an event we needed to get to. But 15 minutes before we need to pick the car up, they called us and said they don't have a car available till the end of their shift. I tried calling to see if they have any car available but can't reach anyone on the phon. So I just canceled my reservatio. TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND
