Juanita at Farmers Insurance is the best! My son was involved in an accident that was not even his fault back in Sept. Unfortunately, the other driver had horrible insurance, and we got nothing but a run-a-round. Hesitant to use my insurance (since we were not at fault) the exact same day I contacted Juanita, she initiated the claim on our end. Although it was still an ordeal (Not due to Farmers but the other insurance), every step of the way Farmers were there for us (including our claims adjuster Lakeshia). I would highly recommend Juanita at Farmers Insurance for her superb work; She gives prompt assistance, and treats you like family! She has in many ways assisted my family and me in our insurance needs.

Chris has always been very nice and helpful to me since I’ve known her, she handled getting us the cheapest quotes on home and auto insurance, and has always been able to help with any questions. She’s always there if I need her.
