This is specifically about the store on 11th st in Rockford, Il...This is absolutely THE WORST gas station I've ever been to!! And long ago I worked at 3 different gas stations. The staff (at night) are very rude, even though this location got new pumps, you STILL have to go in, the card reader won't work on ANY pump, the coffee here is beyond disgusting! This store needs a SERIOUS OVERHAUL!!

Worst gas station in town. None of the pumps actually work, it’s pretty common to have to try three or four each time. The pumps that do work are just gross. Employees seem to be upset that you are there in the first place

I gave this place a 1 star because the customer service by management is horrible. I am an everyday customer and since the former manager left ( within the last couple years) the place has went to pot. The current manager has the customer service skills of a rock. She is rarely seen helping her employees. The employees seem to never be happy anymore. I used to go in , get whatever I needed , check out, and have a nice short pleasant conversation with whomever was working. Never an issue. This morning I go in and the manager felt the urge to tell me about my soda cup and how it costs her money because I take 2. First of all I know the cups only cost at a maximum of 7 cents per cup
2nd of all they're flimsy. I own a business and I really dont have the extra time to go home and change because a cup collapsed on my lap. So I'll pay the extra 55 cents for my 2nd cup. I have no issues with that. But that does not give a manager anywhere, anyhow a right to lecture a customer about how I am costing her money for something that ungodly marked up for profit! Especially since I had already paid for it. The other cashiers had already told me it was 55 cents for the extra cup. If i am willing to pay it then whats the problem? My household has 3 adults...we all get gas, smokes, food, drinks there on a regular basis . This lady thinks it's appropriate to lecture me about a 7 cent cup in front of 5 other customers? That's horrible customer service. Get the heck outta here.

I came in to apply like they asked me to via email at this time she was the only cashier my brother and I patiently waited in line for an application she gave us attitude as if she did not want us there she didn't make us feel welcome and that's not how you treat people she also tried to ignore me and talk over me as a customer with a Nucor vest left the store she was really rude

When the other manager ran this place is was fun to go in there. The new manager you raely see. Lines will be backed up past the doors in the morning. They have 2 registers but dont have enough clerks to get customers through the line in a timely fashion. Mobil may be a little more money but the time I save makes it worth it.

This gas station is rarely ever clean. The counters are always sticky and so are the floors. There are constantly trash cans over flowing, inside and out. And the window washer fluid canisters are always empty or slimy. Sales associates will barely converse with you as though they just want your money and to move on to the next person. Not very friendly at all.

Fas Fuel price is not as advertised! The price you see on the sign reflects a 5 cent discount IF you use their card that is auto debited from your bank account. Thanks, no, I'm not giving you access to my bank account. Go to Mobil across the street-same price, honest advertising.
