Probably one of the worst package handling companies I can find have given me 3 different delivery dates then keeps transferring my package to different places never wasting my money on shipping with this company anymore they want to act like little kids just because of tariffs grow tf up FedEx and do the job you were made for

Hector at this location showed incredible customer service. My package, which was delivered to the wrong location by FedEx, contained laptops that were urgently needed for a specific orientation. I was extremely stressed, but Hector went above and beyond to help me track down my package.
He communicated with me and worked with everyone involved to ensure my laptops were found . Thanks to Hector’s dedication, he truly saved the day and made what could have been a stressful situation manageable.
I am beyond impressed with the level of care and attention he gave to resolving this issue. Thank you, Hector, for going the extra mile — you’ve earned my highest praise!

John helped me greatly, it was 5:30pm friday evening. I had to get my husband's B/P and diabetic meds sent out so he could get them the next day. He got them as instructed. Ty John and FedEx!

Right services and right location but the ai answering service did not make it easy to find the full service sight. Visited 4 others before we found it. Very frustrating.

Always nice people, there's bad reviews about not getting the stuff but is simple, if is yours, get your ID and you get what they sent you. !!03/04/24Had to drop 2 stars mainly for the over night service!! If you are not going to respect what people paid for, you can start changing the name to over the week!Once I didn’t change the reviews but second time paying $60 just to find out ground was faster with exactly the same product!
