Honestly the Mechanics were friendly and helpful, but the manager was rude and got an attitude when I asked questions about additional service. I am surprised you get any clients with the way he acted.

So I just got off the phone. I have a set of tires. I need Put onto my police interceptor I own the tires that I already need put on try to schedule an appointment just to put the two that I need balanced and mounted And I get told no Unless I bought the tires from them. So you guys will only mount and balance tires we buy from you even though I’m trying to pay for a mount and Balance ridiculous. Every tire shop should regardless if we’re buying them from you or not.. so thank you for letting me know Jennifer definitely will not go there for no future business.

I drove an hour to come to this location for an alignment appointment. Was here before they opened and I was side eyed by 2 employees once they opened a non motivated employee told me he called his boss (Jennifer) and asked to not complete the job as they don’t know how to deal with air suspension. I explained that it is the exact same as a normal shock and strut vehicle since the height will stay the same according to the psi. I moved my work day to come, I wasted my time coming here I truly believe the main reason is that they simply did not want to work.

Shady, unprofessional and greedy. I bought my own new part myself to fix my window and they refused to install it unless they purchase their brand of regulator which was about 120 dollars more than the one I paid for. They don’t want to fix your car they want to rip you off, beware.

Needed help with SUV as the wife got to work. She made a few calls and Firestone got us in right away while everyone else wanted us to make an appointment for a couple days later. Friendly and professional staff.

The EE’s give the environment a pleasant feel with their good attitudes and dialogue. Also mechanics are able to explain thoroughly of what was done to your vehicle.

The service was really fast. The woman at the counter explained my charge fully and why the different oil in my car. I'm pretty sure this also accidentally fixed a weird issue I've been having since I got the car. All around a good service with nice people.

The problem with both my Avalanche and Escape were diagnosed fairly quickly and repaired the same day. The shop was able to schedule me right away without wait. Great service.
