Carol was fantastic to work with! I came in with lots of questions, described my current issues and what I needed assistance with, and she provided numerous options for me to try. I left feeling like I had the best customer service and products this store had to offer. I also appreciated I had 30 days to return/exchange my shoes in case they didn't work out for me. I live about a half hour away from fleet feet, but it was worth the trip! The first time, I was in a bit of a hurry as our family had a lot of things going on that day so when I was stuck between a Hoka or an Altra shoe the lady helping me said that I could think about it some more and come back another day. I think that she could make a note of what shoes I'd been looking at so I would not have to start my search all over again. I felt like the Hoka was my choice so I bought those as I'd already spent about a half hour looking at shoes so I just wanted to make a decision. That night, I came across YouTube videos on the importance of zero drop shoes with no arch support and wide toe spread, and I found out the Altra brand had all of those things so I started to regret my purchase. Luckily, I hadn't worn my shoes so I went back to Feet Fleet. No judgment from the staff for changing my mind and I think the lady who helped me a second time found even comfier Altra shoes than the ones I looked at before! Now I have the perfect shoes for me! I love my shoes and my feet feel so much better when I wear them! I definitely see myself going there again! Thanks for give me a low pressure store where I can take my time to find the right fit!

My podiatrist recommended Fleet Feet. I'm so glad that I came here. Mary was super helpful and friendly. I really liked that they scan your feet to help with finding the right shoe for you. I will definitely be back!
