We have patronized this location (on Sandy Hollow Road) for many years, and the service has been excellent. Our oil changes and regular maintenance are always done quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the fact that if work needs to be done, they let us know right away, but if something doesn’t need maintenance yet, the manager, Lawrence, will let me know. They always steer us in the right direction to keep our vehicles well-maintained!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

The service was not good. The people working were trying to charge more money for the job being done. The prices aren't not even posted inside the office anymore. Very untrustworthy now!!

This place is awesome, its the sandy hollow rd location in rockford illinois. Ed was a fantastic guy being a professional and really honest .I will use this place from now on for all my needs. Give Ed a raise he truly deserves it.
