Haas made it very easy for us to do a long hall tow. Driver Jason was very respectable and kind of our unique situation. Jason was knowledgeable and very supportive of our needs. Definitely recommend Haas towing.

Got a flat tire coming home from work and was stuck on the side of expressway tonight the guy they sent out was nice and helpful arrived with 15 mins and charged a reasonable price will definitely recommend

I called to have my vehicle towed and according to the website the towing starts at 88.00. I explained my vehicle was located literally 3 minutes and 1 mile away from the location it needed to be towed. I asked if my vehicle would be 88.00. The lady explained their website is incorrect and needed to be updated so my quote was 98.00. Bait and switch tactics are illegal. I was not happy but went with HAAS anyway.

Jake is honestly the best ever! We had to get a 1.5 hr long tow ride back to our hometown shop and Jake got us there safely. I’ve never been in a situation like this before but Jake made it easy breezy, I’d recommend Haas to anyone looking for high quality tow services. Thanks for all your help!!!

The driver that towed my car to their shop last Friday (9/20/2024) told me If I came to pick my car up the following day I could just pay the initial tow and get my car out at not extra cost. I tried to get my car the next day(9/21/2024) and they then told me I had to wait until Monday to get it. They then charged me storage fees even though I tried to get my car within the 24hr window I was told I could but again they refused to give me my car back. When I finally got my car back yesterday (9/23/2024) the glove box was wide open (I made sure to lock it the night of the accident) and to top it off they ripped my center console apart to get it into neutral even though they had my key and could have easily shifted it into neutral just as I did when they delivered the car back to me. Definitely would stay away from these guys.

The team at Haas provided my business amazing customer service! They are a first come first service towing company. I had a special request for them to tow our forklift from one building to another and asked them if they could come at 1:30pm on the same day I called. Their driver Dirk was there at 1:29pm! Dirk was very professional and provided us with great customer service! Lindsey and Shay provided great customer service also! I will definitely recommend their business!

Me and my kids broke down at 2:30am and they got us towed to an auto shop within 20 minutes. I am so grateful for the drivers kindness, we were able to get our car fixed and back on the road as quick as possible. Thank you so much!!!
