I couldn’t catch my cat today and called 15 minutes before the appointment asking if I could be late because my husbandwas coming from out of town to get the cat for me. I was informed that they could not help me and fit me in between any other appointments. I know when I was there twice in the last 2 weeks with my other 3 animals, I was early and was taken 5-10 later than my appointment time by the vet assistant and then waited another 10 minutes in the exam room to see the veterinarian. One other animal was waiting in the reception room on each appointment. I did not find the staff accommodating. Less than a year ago, they would have been understanding and have me come. I never had a situation like this before with my cat, Rocky. (We are a longtime family of over 17 years and have never been late or missed an appointment.)

Great staff, nurses and doctors. Been going here around 5 years and Luna the dog is always treated well. Everyone there seems to really love animals. It is appointment only so always have a plan for emergencies.

Hillcrest = Kill-crest un passionate uncaring, Veterinarian clinic that is in business. I've been doing business with you as a second generation customer for 45 years. How dare you be short-staffed on 01/26/2024, and their refusal to see my mother-in-law's German Shepherd, which passed away so that animals blood is on your hands. I recommend anyone that is doing business with you remove their animals from your care and seek a reputable veterinarian clinic. I will no longer be doing business with your establishment, and I will let everyone I know and reach out to as well not to do business with you as well. I will scream it from a mountain top, if I have to. Whatever happened ownership changed or procedures or policies changed you guys have spiraled out of control. If I could give you zero or a negative rating I would.

I can't thank the staff enough for their amazing efforts over the years. I have been using Hillcrest for several, several years, and they have always gone over and above to give the best care to our dogs. Today, in particular, Dr. Hall, and Lynn Williams took service to a new level. I can't thank you enough.

Dr Long and staff are the best.Always friendly, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate.I would never go to a different Vet.Hillcrest has always taken great care of my parents dogs thru many years and my dog and cat as well. We had to put my fur baby Diva down 3 weeks ago and it was and always is the most difficult decision to make but so humane. Dr Long made it such a peaceful experience. All their staff were so loving and compassionate. We now have a a new fur baby we rescued named Charlie and Dr Long has given him a clean bill of health.I am so Thankful, Grateful and Blessed to have Dr Long and all the Hillcrest staff in my life. They are all EXCEPTIONAL!!❤️❤️❤️

I've been bringing my pets to Hillcrest for many years. I've always been able to get in when it fit my schedule and never have to wait that long. I have a dog, Samuel L. Jackson ,who doesn't like to go to the vet for his "spa days"...nail clipping and anal gland expressing, but they continue to take care of him even though he fights like the devil! If I could change one thing, it would be to go back to the days when you could just walk in....no appointment....thanks COVID. Thank you to all who work at Hillcrest...I have always and will continue to recommend your hospital to everyone I know.

Worst place to take your animals. My sister and I both called to find out the price of spay/neutering kittens that I found. We were told $80 each, that I needed to put down a deposit and schedule a wellness check to make sure they are up to date on vaccines and healthy enough for the spay/neuter. We both ask SPECIFICALLY for the price of the spay/neuter to compare to other vets since these are found kittens and we wanted to do the right thing. Well we had they spayed and neutered, went to pick them up and given a $600 bill….for 2 small 4 lbs kittens. When we both told the staff about receiving information stating the price was $80 per kitten, the staff because rude, dug their heels in, and said that our information was wrong. They are not will to offer any sort of compensation or work with us since this is THEIR mistake. If feel we were scammed and baited and switched and now this vets office expects us to sweep it under the rug and pay this astronomical bill when we were told a different price. Avoid this vet office at all cost if you don’t want to be scammed.

Dr. Long and his technicians are awesome with my 2 "wild" rescue mastiffs. He's been my vet for over 25 years! Dr. Long has been kind, compassionate and thorough with all my furbabies over the years.

Took cat in for vomiting issues. 300.00 later and still no answer of his issue only they recommended 8.5 pound bag of food that cost 83.oo to feed him. Prices for any vet is ridiculous. People can't afford to take their animals for treatment and society wonders why there is so much neglect of animals. I had been a long time client years ago but stopped going there due to where I moved to and the prices. Since I had to get my cat seen immediately they were my only choice due to it was only a week for a appointment . I can say I am disappointed due to my baby still has no resolution and it cost me alot of money. I also was informed on the phone making the appointment they do ultrasounds and then told by the vet they would have to send referral to another vet for that. So that would mean another 80.00 plus office call some where else and fees for ultrasound ect... I even got charged a fee for disposal of the needle they used to take blood ridiculous.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I feel comfortable bringing my dog, Max, here and I always feel like they are interested in getting him the best help he needs! We had to go through our first pet surgery with him and they made sure we knew exactly what he needed, what the process would be and communicated to us every step of the way! Thank you :)
