I bought a sweater at this H&M for $17.99 (USD) it looked like it was on sale. When I got home, I thought that I wanted to see how much I saved and I removed the sticker with the “sale” price. The actual tag price was $14.99. Sad marketing strategy.

The staff is SUPER NICE! It always looks pristine in there, especially compared to the Indiana location I recently visited. I have no complaints, other than that that they close at 8 and I prefer later shopping, but I know the mall in general closes at that time. Great store with extremely helpful staff!

Store left sensors on a couple of my items purchased and my kids had to be at a Christmas event, the cashiers are so busy trying to get emails & etc they are not focused and the young man didn't fold my clothes before putting in my bag. I will return tmmrw with my receipt, its just very inconvenient!!

Everyone there has horrible attitude """NICOLE!!!!!' the trash taker outter and every customer. service . they should quit asap and work in a gas station at the country side where they belong. Please just stick to cleaning toilets. That's what you belong in doing best. Customer service HELPS!! Not mention they are different entities and will not deal with other than in store issues. So go suck it. And make your minimum wages.
