if you want them to lie to you, charge you way over what was quoted and kill your animal then this is the place for you! Scumbags should be ashamed of yourselves.

My pup ate a strawberry and had an allergic reaction. She needed a steroid shot to stop the reaction and get rid of her hives. I was a client here, so I called the vet to bring her in. This horrid doctor told me “dogs aren’t allergic to strawberries. She ate something else, and you just didn’t watch her. You’re a bad pet owner”. Basically, they refused to treat my dog, and then dropped me as a client because I took her somewhere else to be treated. Then, I tried to get her medical records, and they refused to let me in to get them. This is literally the worst vet I have ever encountered in my life. I tell everyone I know to not go here because this doctor and her staff are the worst.

Brought one of our feral cats there to get a wellness check up and it’s vaccines. Paid $169 for a cat that’s just outside. They have since been calling me telling me I owe $20 for THEIR mistake doing math. When I called and they admitted it was their mistake, they told me I still had to pay it or they would call the county on me.

They were so amazing with my almost 2 year old rat. I was sure I was going to lose him, but they figured out what was wrong and fixed him up with antibiotics. Thank you so much!

I implore you to GO ELSEWHERE DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. I am brand new to the area and like many other reviews mention this clinic was TOTALLY focused on my "spending limit" WTF. Even prior to the visit, which I knew was odd but again, new to the area...huge mistake. Loves Park Animal Hospital directed me to this clinic for a specific medication my dog needed. Of course I had to drop off my dog due to covid for a chronic issue that has been treated multiple times before in San Diego. I received a call after about an hour later saying they wanted to charge me nearly $800-of which $395!!!- was for bloodwork. The only specific test for the issue my dog has is a $50 ELISA test that requires a pin p***** Unfortunately they tried their typical BS of being absolutely predatory on preying on people's emotions with their pets and GOUGING them-on the wrong person. Well versed in medicine (I practice on the human side) and very well versed in my dogs chronic condition. THE WORST PART- this "doctor" stated she's gave and charged me for two injectable medications that were NOT given. I paid $285 for a Rx of oral nausea and pain meds and some subcutaneous fluids. My dog was vomiting within minutes of leaving and in excruciating pain- worse then when we went in- which is how I KNOW the medication wasn't given- dogs do not vomit on cerenia. I gave him an oral of the nausea meds and pain meds and had a brand new dog in 30 minutes. Please go elsewhere, even the pet smart vets are more compassionate and do the bare minimum. I will be reporting this Vet and Vet practice to IDFPR Vet licensing and discipline board as well. This is the worst vet care I have ever received. (Also other staff is unprofessional and nearly unintelligible on the phone while trying to explain their BS "treatment" plan" I could hardly understand and when I pressed for More specific information was just told "and everything like dat"- this a vet tech and not the catch me outside girl, apparently. Could have fooled me though.) 0/5 and actually dangerous and predatory, skip this one. First and definitely LAST visit. Ever.

I won’t be back after I was treated like a bad person for bringing my cat there. I don’t know if the girl was having a bad day or what. Not cool seeing as though they are not the only vet in town. Very unprofessional and not kind at all. Now I remember why we quit going there. The rest of the staff was so nice.

Every employee gets a gold star for how much they showed compassion for me and my pets. They are helpful, kind, patient and filled with love. My carrier had seen better days and then gave me cable ties to repair. That's only one example of their tolerance of this pet owner. They are very understanding and I'm quite particular when it comes to my babies. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately they wouldn't work with us on our bill and refused to give my cat his medicine to prevent blood clots until we paid the back balance in full. It breaks my heart, we were paying what we could. It didn't matter if the cat needed it :(

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! First, they want you to drop your sick pet off so they can look at them without you present. Why? That's shady. I'm not even sure my ferret was even seen by the doctor. He was diagnosed with ear mites & when he kept getting worse I took him to a REAL exotic vet elsewhere whom I saw in person and talked to. She also allowed me to listen to his heart during the exam where as a person with ears I COULD HEAR HIS IRREGULAR HEART BEAT!!! So even if the ve

My first time ever visiting Auburn Animal Clinic was today with my geckos and we had an amazing experience. I learned so much through conversation and just by watching them do their work. They were pretty busy and didn't even mind. They were extremely helpful to me and I seen how they interacted with other people and their pets and it was very inspiring. Very matter of factly, experienced, confident and kind. My 3 geckos and I felt genuinely welcome and they enjoyed having us as guests at their very clean, comfortable and professional establishment. I highly recommend this place to pet owners of ALL kinds. There is no other place I will take my pets after today's experience. Thank you so much to the staff of Auburn Animal Clinic.

I called Auburn Animal clinic on a whim as this baby needed critical care pronto. They accepted me without hesitation and got this poor baby on the mend stat. thanks again for bailing out our local wildlife two days in a row!
