Had a really rough time trying to load 50 bags of concrete. 80 lb bring a trailer and they couldn't really help me load it with the forks. They call it. It really rude and fell kind of racist really discriminating me. I'm really disappointed the two younger guys that help me load it by hand. We're super helpful and nice named Scott and Parker in the other hand edd a supervisor was the worst. I spent a lot of money everyday in this home Depot to be dealing with people like this. Again, Scott and Parker really nice and helpful. It was really not helpful in a little bit racist!!!!

Went online looking for an item. Website showed a few items available. When I arrived at the store, they did not carry this item or it wasn't where it should have been. I wasted 1.45 hrs driving to the store and back home. This is why I do everything possible to never shop at Home Depot

Went there to buy a dishwasher. No problems there. The employee helped me find the one I was looking for. There was a delay in shipping but no problem there. So a couple days later I get a call from them asking me if I would be interested in a water test said it would take an hour. I said ok...then she said that me and my wife had to be home. Told her I had a girlfriend but no wife. She said she has to be there. I then realized why...what they wanted was to check my water...I'm on a well...and they would "find" something wrong with my water and try to upsell me a new water softner. I didn't say anything until they called me again the following week. Now I'm pissed because I told them not to call me again the first time. I wax a little mean with the girl on the other end but I had no choice because they just wouldn't listen. The only reason I went to them was because I needed a new dishwasher and had 400$ in gift cards from Christmas. I don't like to be rude but the were rude to call me again. 3 stars fortheir policy and 5 stars to the employee that helped me...

I went to purchase about dozen interior and exterior doors. I waited at least 30 minutes and did not get any assistance even after asking 3 different employees. I guess I'll go spend several thousand dollars at Menards, their contractor desk was stocked. Oh yeah, Home Depot was filthy too!

I prefer it to Lowe's primarily because it's cheaper and less aggressive about signing up for a credit card.
It's a box store all the same.

Good customers but unwelcome to others. Was greeting an elder gentleman when our socializing was interrupted by a rude teller at the register. Gave her my information and machine couldn't read my card. I had $4k on my card and couldn't read it? Need better machines as well as employees!!!!!! I'M NEVER GOING TO HOME DEPOT AGAIN!

I love the home depot I bought 2 mowers from here and the first one unfortunately broke and they took it back in a simple 5 min interaction also home depot has a very nice home and garden section better than most I have seen
