Great place to find high quality decorations and home items. I am able to find unique food items that can't be found anywhere else. I purchase imported honey for $10 a jar which is 12 oz to 16 oz when it's $40 everywhere else. They give you a no-hassle policy on food returns which is great because I had the misfortune of getting an OOPS! ALL HONEYCOMB! instead of honey.
They have unique kitchen utensils and gadgets. They have road safety equipment at half the price than everywhere else in clearance. I got lucky getting Stanley brand equipment over half the cost than Amazon or Walmart.
The international kitchenware such as noodle, ramen and teapot from Japan, Korea and China and very high quality as well. I bought a lot of European decor which is heavily in short supply from Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece which are my favorite such as Augustus and Artemis.
Michaels is outright overpriced and sells outright useless garbage. It's just another Big Lots.

I went to HomeGoods yesterday and I didn't have any rewards to redeem but the cashier looked at my phone and said oh yeah you'll have them definitely after this purchase because you only need to spend $19 more to get to get a $10 Rewards which I spent $79.99 yesterday well that's still not on my account and now it says I need to spend $139 worth of get Rewards

These stores are so weird, but I always buy something. This location is better than some I have visited around the country... it clean and organized, good on them for that.

I recently saw a brand that my mom used often, Crabtree & Evelyn, on their shelves but had difficulty finding the exact scent she used, Summer Hill. Sabrina and Nicole searched endlessly for it and found two items for me. My mom died a year ago so to be able to have her favorite scent that triggers memory of her meant so much to me. Thank you, both...words can barely express how grateful I am.

I’d much rather travel to the suburban area and shop at the Hillside IL location. The Hillside IL Home Goods Store has top tier customer service!!! The Rockford IL location employees are rude just as the other Rockford stores. Seems to be a population issue.

Who is supervising this store?? Loud music that's catering to young party people. I almost left. Not enjoyable to shop when you can't even talk to your shopping friends. When I complained to the cashier...he said we like it and we have to hear our pages. So much for customer satisfaction.

Lines were extremely long,they only had 1 cashier. Ad papers in aisles where deceiving, they were put on wrong items or different shelves.
