Placed an online order for pickup. Email said it would be ready in 3-4 hours. After 4 hours I didn’t get an email it was ready so I called. They didn’t even look at it yet and I had to tell them about it and by then the item was sold out. Just save yourself the headache and order online and ship it to your house.

My daughter is just reaching the age where she loves this store. Great selection of merchandise and the employees are always friendly and eager to help or answer questions. Something new every time we stop in.

I didn't catch thier names but, the employees today were absolutely so helpfulMy pants broke a button and they worked to help fix it and even looked up the closest store with my size to replace themAnd even were polite to ask my pronounsThank you so much for caring so much100/10 for these love beautiful peopleWill definitely be back asap <3

There was 2 girls. I think their name was Dana and Elosia. Elosia ignored me when I asked for help because she was on her phone. And dana gaves me the most disgusting look. I asked her why and she ignored me. I felt so insecure and vulnerable. I left instantly.
