“I have stayed at a few different extended stays in a couple of states. This location is hands down the best one I've stayed at. Any issues I've had have been addressed by Randi or Dan in a timely manner. The front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff are all friendly and helpful. They keep the outside and inside very clean. Even when tech support had kept giving the run around on an issue. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure that tech support took my issue seriously. I really can't say enough about how great the staff at this location are.”

“Our stay has a great room. The sitting area was very roomy and comfortable. The beds were great with luxury linens....I slept great! My main complaint was the quality of the paper products (tissues and toilet paper.) They were horrible! Worse than the local gas station. Everything else was so very nice, but they really dropped the ball with the paper products. One other drawback was the lack of outlets bedside for phone charging, but we just unplugged the clock and lamp.”

“We had an amazing stay at this Comfort Inn in Rockford. They provide exceptional service and they are right next door to Rockford Casino. They have full breakfast; we loved having the waffles and Danish. Very relaxing beds and Clean Bathrooms for sure and cant forget to comment on the nice heated indoor pool. There are also many restaurants within the walking distance. “This seems to be a well-run hotel, and the room was well maintained with the exception of the sink stopper being defective, which for those that need to fill the basin creates a bit of an obstacle. The staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was well maintained and very tasty. The dining area is also laid out beautifully, and it is a pleasant experience to start your day there. Check it out yourself, and experience the La Quinta difference!Rooms: Nicely laid out for privacy, and very spacious. This is a step up from a typical Hotel, at a competitive price.”

“I had to make an emergency stop while traveling and came across this hotel. It seemed not to be the most pleasant but the staff were super friendly and very nice. They have exceptional service as far as customer service goes. The rooms are a little out dated but very clean. I was very satisfied with my stay and every question I had from directions to food was answered during my stay. The front desk ladies were very helpful and even helped load my car when leaving because of the snow. I'm elderly and appreciate all their assistance. If you're looking for a nice place that is quiet for a nights stay this is the place to go to. And it is right off the highway. Thank you to the wonderful ladies in the front for helping me.
