I encouraged my daughter to have her taxes done by them as she had a baby last year, and I wanted to make sure she filed the correct forms. I told her I'd pay for it. The girl's income was less than $10,000 for 2022 and she was charged $290! We were NOT told ahead of time that that was the price.

If you want your taxes COMPLETELY screwed up... And if you want your tax refund delayed because of said screw ups... And then if you want to be straight up lied to by multiple 'managers' about said screw ups over and over and over again... GO HERE! Place is an absolute joke. Good luck!
