Terrible customer service never again will I pay these people to do my taxes. Extremely rude and won’t provide me with my own tax information stay away from HR block they will also tell you the wrong amount you owe the state and don’t find out until the state sends you letters wanting extra money.. terrible place go any where else you won’t be disappointedPS the “manager” has no clue about customer service and needs to find a new career
