Id give them 0 stars if it was possible. The secretary is so lazy she puts you on hold for a long time hoping you hang up then she hangs up on you if stay on the line. Worst customer service in the business get the trash employees out of there before they run you out of business. Definitely going somewhere else for my insurance...
