One of the most difficult businesses to deal with. Billing errors and no way to resolve them. Their customer service is never available. I have left multiple voice mails and even sent a letter. I had one call I missed from them. But have tried honestly 20+ times to get a hold of them to resolve THEIR billing errors and have been unable. Great if you dont have any issues but if you do they wont fix anything. Even had my DR Reach out to their rep and still ZERO.

This is the worst place I've ever dealt with in my life ,don't waste your time go somewhere else I am the people here lie and don't care I need bpap supplies and they can't even order them because they are incompetent, and liars every time I need something they tell me I need a prescription 3 times in three months even when they know there wrong they don't make things right or even think of apologizing this company doesn't care about taking care of its customers even when it is so important to use bpap machines I'm totally disgusted with integrated health I will not ever let them ruin my day or heath again!!!!

They gave my uncle a replacement lift (he's over 300lbs and disabled) Then took it away before he could get a new one so now he's stuck in his chair without! He has insurance through the state and they were going to take it the NEXT morning, giving us time to get a doctor's note from his doctor saying we could have this one.... nope they took it that morning and then had the nerve to put 100% of the blame on the driver.....the driver... and had a terrible attitude throughout the entire process with my 70year old grandmother. DISGUSTING!

Called to ask if they had a scooter to fit my needs after surgery and the lady rudely told me she was not going to go in the back and try them all which I did not ask her to do. She apparently thought it was funny and told me she wouldn’t do anything for me. I’d give 0 stars if I could

Returns are not accepted, for items that have clearly not been opened and just recently purchased, as package is still in extremely great condition. I understand that i did not have my reciept, but this companydoesnt even offer store credit. Up until now, they were my go to choice for compression wear. Thats ok, ill purchase through the hopsital where it is cheaper, or even the other medical store. Thanks for your outstanding customer service Integrated!

Walked in asking about a head strap to replace a nose cannula for my BiPAP. Immediately asked if I was a patient of theirs. Would not even speak to me and said there was nothing they could do to help unless I became a patient and they wrote the “script”. Extremely rude staff with a negative attitude!

Great service from Breann in the Rockford office! She went above and beyond with a shipping issue to make sure I got my supplies and then contacted me after it said delivered to make sure I did in fact receive them.

They have the rudest staff that work their desk at the Rockford store. That alone makes me want to not use their business. THEY sent me the wrong supplies and then acted like it was my fault. I am hoping I can find somewhere else to get supplies.

I have been using Intergrated for about 3 yrs now for all my home supplies, oxygen, nebulizer and other stuff, staff always friendly, respectful. Im very happy with them even referred people to them.Thank for taking care of me

When I got my CPAP machine I got the newest and best model available. When I was in the hospital last month every member of the sleep medicine team came by at their earlies chance to check it out. It was surreal but funny that every night these visitors were asking to fill up the water chamber. What a hoot!!! When I hit my 1st three month mark, I got a warm and friendly call telling me what supplies were due and I would receive a package from them before it was time to switch out parts. This company is on the ball and swapping out parts on exact schedule was made THAT easy. It's sweet that I have not a worry about my CPAP except for weekly cleaning. Lots of companies have CPAP's but Integrated Home Service stands out because of their service.

I have tried a couple other places and these people are the BEST by far. They follow up with me, when I forget. Always friendly service. They can be very busy but they always contact me later.Everyone makes mistakes but just call back until it’s taken care of for you. They have a nice store also.Kindness gets you a lot farther. Try it!!I don’t live in Rockford but I continue doing business with them. They really are a great place.Thank you for the best customer service.

After waiting 6 months for a cpap machine I was called to setup an appointment to pick one up. I explained to the girl I had just gotten a new mattress and also had a dental mouthgard I was new to wearing at night, I didn’t want to add a third thing to adjust to right then could I move down the list (?) Maybe put some people in front of me ?She in no uncertain terms told me NO, if I didn’t take it then I would be put on the bottom of the list behind 600 other people! Asking for a manager was no help. A little insensitive or perhaps uncaring???I didn’t think allowing other people to go ahead of me was unattainable. You’d have thought I asked to be put in FRONT of the 600 people…..

I can now see why your score is so low, NO HEROES WORK HERE! Called here for help because that's what I was told to do by my Dr, lady I spoke to literally called me a LIER without actually saying it 6 times. And I was right the hole time come to find out just dropped off my machine and everything just to cut ties with this horrible insurance scamming money making company. Please if you can buy things elsewhere please do. I've never felt so disrespected in my life DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I die because I can't breath enough at night, it'll be your fault for not helping!!!! My experience with Integrated HomeCare Service was excellent. My respitory therapist, Chris, was so good. He explained everything about my new CPAP machine thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was professional, kind and caring
