I just purchased the car and they say it passed a safety test which they could not provide documents for and I've already had several problems and I've had the car for a little over a month I'm very sick of these Rockford loves Park car dealerships getting over on people and I really trusted them and Edie seemed like a good guy and acted like he knew about cars told me the battery was brand new and I just replace the battery $140 because the battery was shot... Love this place! Always good service and have not had any problems at all with my vehicle and I’ve had it 3 years in December! I’ve always recommended this place to the people I know looking for a vehicle. A friend of mine recently bought a Monte Carlo from them and has not had any issues, thus far. Horrible customer service. Unwilling to be flexible with customers. Also wont let you lease without valid i repeat valid drivers license. Why should you care im buying a car. Not applying for insurance. Terrible and a waste of time
