I love JC Penny's. Service was great and she even applied a $4.00 coupon to my purchase of a shirt. The Penny's closed where I live, so I make it a point to stop there every time I'm in Rockford.

I tried to return a couple of Christmas gift that was purchased here. When I went to the store because I didn't have a receipt or the phone numbers I gave didn't come up on their system. They would only give me 1/4 of what it was purchased for. Even though the price and bar code was still on. I will definitely quit shopping at Jcpenny
