Traveling back to Rockford, I dropped my wedding ring causing the stone not to sit firmly in the setting. Christopher took the time to fix the stone and clean the ring. Amazing customer service and just a really nice person.

Came in looking for repair of a damaged necklace on a very tight turnaround.
