Can’t believe the service I received from Sonya Vazquez! She has to be the nicest, courteous and fantastic person I have ever had the pleasure to speak to! Hands down the most helpful agent and is a credit to her profession! I wish every insurance agent was 1/2 as good as she is! Thank you Sonya for all your help! I may just call you again to say hello. My local firm has been wonderful. But recently (5 months) i filed a claim. Claim is still opened with no resolution. Months back i did have to contact my local office to assist me under this claim and were extremely helpful. But i did learn they cannot assist in much more then customer service. Bottom line allstate sells products they do not fulfill. Inspections are far and few in between with much contrast in results. Bottom line i feel this company has failed me. Good luck

Allstate refuses to cover my roof loss, my claim had been open since April of this year and have show respect to my adjuster while also giving him MONTHS to work in my claim and while this time has gone by he keeps giving me the run around and different excuses in why they won't cover my roof. I have contacted the claims advocates and they told me what they're looking for and my adjuster continues to refuse to approve my claim explaining that Allstate expects Me and the roof contractor to patch my roof with shingles that don't match my current shingle by anymeans and is asking that we trim them which is against code, we proved that doing this will compromise the rest of the roof completely and we submitted proof of this and he continues to deny my claim, I am submitting a formal complaint against the adjuster and Allstate with the DOI. The adjuster also refuses to provide his NPN and the name and contact information to his superior and he states that he is the Manager. I am expected to fix my roof with spit and sticks basically. I would say Allstate takes part in unethical practices with the way the suggest repairs should take place. I should have never moved from State Farm.

The woman with whom I interacted with at the desk just inside the door, was extremely pleasant and efficient. Everyone that I saw inside (3 people), appeared to be very happy and friendly.

Had my insurance there for about 15 years so far so good no issues no problem ladies are bilingual all that helps out a lot

This company has been a problem from the start. It all started when we transferred from another insurance company. They accepted our payment and said we were insured. After we had canceled our other policy they then informed us our house was not covered until we got a new roof. That should have been explained before we signed with them. We didn't have the money for a new roof. We would have just kept our other insurance. Well we managed to get on a new roof and after years of no claims they inform us our car insurance is going up an extra $50 a month. They use the inflation excuse. Unacceptable and poor business practice. Another insurance company offered us insurance $50 a month cheaper with deductibles 75% lower. Goodbye Allstate

Leticia did a great job. Very responsive. My repair was cancelled on me 8 days after the estimate and Leticia was a fantastic advocate who tried her best to get my repair as quickly as possible

I called because my rates recently changed and although I know it's not the agency that makes the rates, I was still upset. I spoke to one of the women at Jim's office and she was so polite and knowledgeable. She helped me understand and although it was not what I wanted to hear, I appreciated the assistance and i love that I could always count on Jim and his staff to provide excellent customer service. Rates change all the time and I know this after switching insurances over the course of 15 years but the service I received was exceptional and I will be staying put with Allstate because of the service Jim and staff have provided!

First of all I want to say that they have been nothing but great in the 6 years I have been with them. This review is solely based on pricing. I have had no claims, tickets, or accidents yet my renewal has increased significantly. Got a quote from Geico and they are going to save me a decent amount of money. I would have stayed with Jim and his Allstate branch but they weren't able to even get the premium lowered at all. I am pretty disappointed to say the least.
