Went looking for shoes today. The female associate was very rude. She didn't like getting different shoes for me to try on because it was hot in the store. She would only let me try on the left shoe and my feet are different. Kept asking what size ladies shoe did I wear. I don't wear ladies shoes. She said I couldn't try on both shoes unless I bought them first! (WHAT?) Who tries on one shoe. She said if I didn't like them I could then return them before I leave the store.. went to CHAMPS and was treated very kindly. Snipes sucks

Poor customer service - you're better off going to JD or Footlocker, even Journeys has better customer service

Jimmy Jazz now called Snipes. I ordered shoes online from Snipes. I tried to return to 2 pair of shoes that were too small. I think they were labeled wrong size. I was told you can't return online purchases at tge store you have to mail them back.This is very inconvenient. I will never buy from Snipes online again Jd aka finish line will return online purchases at their store. So I will support JD's instead for future purchases.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, but this one takes the cake for Customer service !!! The manager is amazing, she guided me through the entire store explaining every question I had with patience and a smile. Her staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back again !

By far Jimmy jazz has been the worst store I ever been to.the mangers are very rude they get mad if you ask them a simple question,they rather be on their phone instead of helping us the customers.this store is a joke. Somebody from corporate need to stop this.

Terrible customer service, period! ? I will not shop at Jimmy Jazz again! And just to be clear, I did purchase not one but two pairs of shoes at this store. I spent a lot of money but was treated rudely.

As a company im not understanding how you offering online ordering and you are located in a mall that is closed, so you have no access to your products. Surely you were quick to accept my money though, never again. Jimmy Johns is still faster than you clowns.
