12/19/2022: I'm traveling through Rockford from west central Minnesota to Detroit. Halfway into the trip my steering becomes scary and unsafe. I get a hotel and call around to find a repair shop. Best case I'm looking at a week before I can get an appointment due to low staff. I called Jon and Louis and they were able to get me in and fixed within 4 hours from my initial call. Very impressed with both of them and extremely appreciative of them getting me in so soon. Great job and I wish I could bring all my cars to them but I'm 400 miles away. First and last time I would use this service. I brought my truck over for a brake line. It took 3 weeks to finally get my truck back and they did work on a starter coil that was not approved by me. Also they removed my primary hood latch and never replaced it so my hood bounces as I drive. I would give it 0 stars.
