I ordered online and it was packed from here. They sent me the wrong shoes.
I spent hours waiting for customer service and when I was connected was given 2 options: go in locally or pack the item to ship back. I was told by customer service going in would be easier as there were extra things to pack and print if I was to ship it back myself.
It’s not the easiest for me to get out of the house but I figure going to the the store should be less painless.
They couldn’t help me at the store. They didn’t know how to process an express order and it was going to cost me $5 more to get the right shoes? What? If I wanted express shipping I would have to pay the cost and hope I can’t get customer service to reimburse me which I didn’t trust to happen.
This has been a terrible experience and I’m not likely to ever shop at this store online or in store again.

Apparently you can’t return Ugg cleaner if it wasn’t used but policy on site claims you can return it and get a refund and also they don’t like giving you your receipt back when you exchange an item and then want to ask why I want the original receipt. Pathetic customer service

Addie the manager is amazing! I believe you have eyes and ears all over the store helping not only customers but your staff be their best. Thank you for all the help making the exchange painless.

The store feels very small if more than 8 people are in there. But they do have a great selection. My wife got her Ugs there.

Dealt with two different rude workers who said that they couldn't order a shoe in my size because it wasn't available. Since they couldn't order them, I decided to go online and found the exact same shoes in my size on the Journey's website. The two female workers LIED to my FACE. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Workers and manager were rude. When i left the store they were talking bad about me saying i was rude and had an attitude which i didn't i was very kind to them. My friend works their and he was telling me about what they were saying and it wasn't pleasant. will never shop there again or go into that store.
