I finally found Kim after she left pro nails and i absolutely love her she is such a good person good vibes all around always nice when I come to see her. She is the ONLY person I trust with my eyebrows 10/10 amazing job every time and the nails that she does😚💋chefs kiss glad I found her new shop this is the only place I will be going to because of her keep up the good work Kim we all love you💕

Never again I will go to this place it's very unsanitize they don't clean their tools at all if you notice their tables is dusty and dirty someone has to call state board they deserve a fine I won't be surprised there roaches 💯 I know because I worked there before 1 day I left it was nesty there

Can someone please tell me where Joe and Viv went? This place used to literally be one of the best places in Rockford. Tried to take my SIL there after raving about it and it's totally different. The quality of the products especially stood out to me. I just got back in town, tell me where Joe or Viv opened up a new shop pls.

My Girl Kim is holding it down the owner of pro nails from Auburn street strudy gorgeous nails you can get your eyebrows done your lashes done your lip wax all in one spot and the most important thing about it is wonderful environment and also if you want your eyebrows done right everybody knows you have to go see Kim for that if you want anything done right you have to go see Kim me and my husband always enjoy going to visit her

I love this salon the people there are so attentive to my needs and wants. They a super respectful and want you happy. By the way my girl is Kim she’s the best and did a perfect job on my nails I love it there.

I have gone to Jovi Nails a few times and this last time was awful. I told the gentleman no gel on my finger nails and he proceeded to put gel on my nails and now they are peeling and ruining them. I wont go back after this.

The product they used on my toe nails were so cheap the pealed off with in the hour and on top of that I met a really nice lady there who I decided to be friend and because I decided to befriend her the fired her she was the only one who didn't look at us differently because we spoke Spanish and the worse part they kept side eying us the whole time and their prices were so over price for the cheap materials they use my sister had to go potty and they rushed her out of the bathroom I know that alot of people go here and defend them but honestly being racist and biased is horrible business

take your money elsewhere!!!! I’ve been here twice and both times customer service was terrible. The owner does a nice job on full sets. The youngest girl who works there has the nastiest attitude. She did my color change and the other girl who is mainly there for weekends did my pedicure. Not one time did either of the girls greet me before working on me and the youngest doing my color change on my full set never made eye contact with me and had a really nasty attitude. She applied a coat to my hand and I apologized to her because I said I did not like how the color looked. She sighs and gets up and walks away with an attitude and I even told her if it’s that much of a problem don’t do it. She has no manners whatsoever or knew how to show any respect. If I did not have an event to go to I would have walked out instantly. I was on my phone the entire time I was not a needy customer I was not difficult at all. It’s common when a color comes out differently on the hand and the customer brings attention to it. Both of those girls seem miserable working there and one girl even openly complains about having to be there on weekends. If you don’t like to be in customer service do not work in it. That attitude is exactly how you lose customers and will continue to. Im paying for a relaxing time that turned into me leaving frustrated. After the youngest completed my nails she did not say have a nice day or nothing. I don’t know what her problem was but it was disgusting to treat a customer like that. As soon as she went to start on a client she was all smiles and hi how are you to them. I rather pay extra somewhere else with a BUSINESS WITH REAL PEOPLE SKILLS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A GOOD TACTIC TO RUN A BUSINESS.

If I could give NO stars I would.Highly dissatisfied with my visit/service from JoVi Nails.I wanted to get my nails done. It was a Sunday. After calling seeing the multiple places in my city of Whitewater were closed. I decided to call around. All nail salons were closing soon/closed. So after calling I found JoVi Nails.Called the lady seemed very busy, but she did say how long I would take to be there I gave her an estimate she gave me a time for an appointment. When I went in I was not greeted. I walked straight to the bathroom was completely ignored. Waited as I saw people come in and get seated before me still waiting. 3 people were out in chairs before me. Which I was upset the male looked at me clearly and ignored me. So after waiting 30+ minutes, watching people being seated, helped before me and I drove 1 hour plus for the appointment. Not like the other walk-ins before me. I was angry. I walked out. I don’t recommend this place at all. Glad I did not waste my money hear. Skinny/ fat, white or not. Everyone should be greeted, treated equally. If you can’t do that you should t work in retail. DO NOT GO HERE!! ??????

Have been going here for a few months and everything has been great until today when I tried to schedule an appointment with Bianca and the owner told me she doesn’t work Fridays but I’ve gone every two weeks on Fridays and tried scheduling for this weekend and he told me he doesn’t know her schedule she goes to church on Sundays and to call back? Just completely gave me the run around and very rude. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back.Service: Acrylic nails
