This is a hair and nails salon- where you get high quality service in a warm, fun and positive atmosphere. I have gone to the big salons & these stylists are better! I see Sanda (nails) and Renee (hair) and they are amazing but all the stylists do a good job.

Dazzle Dry works GREAT as a natural alternative to no chip! Pics are after 1 week and I am HARD on my hands...bleach, hot water, picking tape off etc! Thank you Sanda

I don't know (racheal&Joeyyoutube) who wrote the nasty review previously, but this is totally uncalled for. If you read the person's previous reviews, she or he is a horrid person who likes to attack people who work there. She or he just posts reviews for no reason. Every review they have written is just attacking a person for no reason. Kalo Salon is a first-class hair salon with well-trained stylists. Just because they didn't have an opening is no reason to write a horrid review. Just garbage . . .

Couldn't tell you how service is, they wouldn't take me as a new customer! So sad that less and less 'service' workers have any true appreciation for good customer service anymore! Called this salon today as a new customer, to ask if they could get me in for cut & color -today. Yes, same day, I know last minute, but, you never know. If someone had a cancellation, it would've been perfect and I could've filled the spot. Well, first impressions tell all, let me tell you! The woman who answered the phone had a huge attitude when I told her I was looking for an appointment today... TODAY!?! she said. Yes, that's what I said, today. Her tone of voice was very condescending (not a very appealing way to greet a potential new customer, by the way lady). Her attitude made me want to hang up right then, but I didnt. She said she needed to put me on hold to ask 'the girls' if anyone wanted to take me tonight. Okay thanks I said. The lady came back on and said exactly this to me, UM NO, WE'RE ALL BOOKED UP. SORRY. I replied, okay...and I paused.....thinking she would ask me if I would like to schedule for another day...but nope! All she said was OKAY?! THANKS! and she hung up! Hard to believe that that's how they treat potentially new customers. I got major attitude when I called and they didnt even bother to ask if I'd like to schedule an appointment for another day. That's so sad. Whoever you are lady, you're a joke, and you have no business being in customer service. And, by the way, you're doing a big disservice to 'the girls' by turning away potential customers who call the salon you idiot!!! All the stylists must be working there just for fun because they obviously don't need the money if you're treating potential customers that way and not even bothering to ask them if they want to make an appointment. What a waste of time. There are plenty of other great salons in town, not only with great hair stylists and colorists, but who also have the forethought to treat customers right. You've been warned people, heed the advice and stay away from this place. They obviously wont appreciate you.
