The older woman there, I have seen abuse paying customers, by verbally being aggressive, dictating they move their hands abd n a certain place, "Don't move! U will mess up!" I've witnessed it too many times now. Crazy nonsensical, extreme rudeness. They literally don't treat ppl with kindness and it was shameful. Not giving one more cent to this nightmare of a place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I came in there was a long pause before anyone asked me what I needed. There was only 2 ladies in there and no customers at the time. I told the lady what I wanted and she’s just throwing prices at me like she trying to discourage me from getting any services. After that I was seated at a pedicure bowl, the lady I spoke with was being very rude to me as I was asking her what exactly was I being charged for. All I wanted was a polish change and a full on 2 of my toes and she at $50 now! Had her and the other lady wouldn’t been rude I would of accepted the services but they will never see a dime of my money! That is not how you treat your customers, especially a walk in!

I used to come here often but they were so busy I usually couldn't get in, so I stopped. However with my salon closed for vacation; I thought I would try. Wow has the place changed. The owner is now a bitter unhappy person that was rude talking on the phone the entire time. Then she yelled when I didn't understand what she said to me. It isn't hard to figure out why this salon had 3 customers on a Saturday when it used to be standing room only on a Saturday morning. I will not retur and Don not recommend this place.Services: Manicure

I have been going here for years. I went for a pedicure and they were not friendly and talked about customers as they left. The owner rushed through my pedicure and made my toe bleed. She brushed something on the area and proceeded to do The pedicure. When I got home my toe was in so much pain. I now have an infection and I am on antibiotics. I will not be returning to this salon. Sadly their service has gone downhill.

Worst place ever horrible service I was told $40 for a fill I was missing two nails so it was 10 extra dollars so $60 to get my nails filled which I was perfectly OK with I got there at 2:30 and was there until 5:30 and she wasn’t even done filing… She pulled them off more than once to start over because she did not know how to lay acrylic. Let’s just say after 3 1/2 hours I told her that I couldn’t sit there any longer with her taking them off and putting them back on she charged me $50 and they were chunky and I swear they looked better before I came in with half of them off then what I left with I literally cried… Also, she didn’t even paint them so I was sent home with just acrylic.. she told me to bring my own nails if I want them long and proceeded to yell at me horrible customer service I’ll stick with my usual at gloss nail bar???♀️Service: Manicure

Gave her a picture, got something completely different... My toes don't even match my nails after she asked me 2 times ... Didn't realize it till I got home... She made me bleed on multiple fingers... My nails look like they were dipped in plaster.. very think and bumpy... I will be going to another salon to get this fixed... Not recommend....

I've gone there in the past and been happy, I went there two weeks ago, it was the fastest and worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life! I will never go back! They have these two young girls now, I don't think they know what the hell they're doing! When I was there there was one other lady and myself, they're losing business. And I can see why!
