Salesman allowed us to browse at our leisure. When we found what we were interested in, he was available and helpful in answering questions we had. We appreciated that alot. We had just left
another store where the salesperson approached us at least 5 times throwing all kinds of sales pitches at us. We ducked out of there quick. We will definitely go back to Lazboy for any future purchases.

I have a recliner that’s about 20 years old and it creaks when you rock. Plus it didn’t fit us well when our feet were raised it would hit our legs wrong. Well Val our sales person took her time and fitted us well. I really appreciate the effort she put forth in the whole process. Thank you Val.

Scott was just the right balance of being available to answer questions & make suggestions & giving us space to look & talk on our own. He provided quotes for multiple combinations & worked to get us the best price. Leslie was a great help in helping me make my decisions about fabric & accessories. Both were friendly & professional. It was a positive experience all around! I hope I like my furniture as well as the shopping & buying experience!
Update! We love our furniture & the delivery process was great! The 2 men arrived on time. They laid down something over our threshold that protected both the threshold & our new furniture as they carefully fit it through the door. They slipped their shoes off & on as they came in & out. They were efficient in the assembly process & answered my questions. I highly recommend the whole process. Thank you!!
