Mary and Bill at the Rockford location have been so incredibly helpful and friendly, I cannot thank them enough.My insurance and the sleep lab I went to ended up taking well over a month to get everything squared away, but these guys were persistent about making sure to stay on top of them so that I could get my CPAP machine as soon as possible.They are both so incredibly friendly, accommodating, and have spent more than my share of time answering my questions. I have never felt rushed or like I am a bother.Top notch customer service, flexibility, follow through..... If you need medical equipment in Rockford you would be nuts to go anywhere else!

This was my first experience with Lehan's and I couldn't be happier with my visit. A Big Shout out to Mary. As a Respiratory therapist she showed her expertise and knowledge. Also you can tell she loves her job. She was warm and welcoming showed her concern for your well-being. Thanks Mary! You made a visit I wish I didn't need a very pleasant experience.

I just went to pick up my CPap machine and the level of service, attention and professionalism by everybody but especially by Mary was absolutely top notch and outstanding. I strongly recommend them especially after 5 months of struggling with their competitors. If I had only known how wonderful they were going to be I would've come sooner. Thank you for helpingme and for your kindness.

I picked up my cpap machine and had an appointment with Mary. She was very thorough and answered any and all of my questions. Mary was an absolute pleasure to work with and Lehan has been very easy to work with and help me.

Still a one star experience with Lehan. The medical grade pump that I rented from them doesn't work! At first I thought I was just not familiar with it and not understanding it properly. The cycle that was supposed to take 15 minutes would go for three, then stop. While there are supposed to be pauses in that cycle it's not supposed to power off entirely, which it did. And then I tried to use it and it said system error or something and wouldn't do anything. I even took it with me to an appointment with my lactation consultant and it did the same thing, so I got confirmation from an expert that there was something wrong. This issue, and their poor service from the start, has set me back quite a bit in breastfeeding and I wouldn't recommend them for anything. Go somewhere--anywhere--else.

I went in to seek help regarding my CPAP mask. My experience was so poor I left angry and frustrated. This company does not deserve my time and has certainly not earned my trust and money. I'm happy to do business elsewhere.

I had to go into Legan’s in Rockford for to pick up my c pap machine and learn how to use it. All the people were nice when I came in. I spoke with Mary. She explained everything to me. She told me how to use it and take care of it. They took care of all the necessary insurance that needed to be done. Legan has a website that you can order your supplies from and have to sent right to your house. They also have a person that helps you in the first 90 days to make sure everything is working correctly and you are using the machine correctly or insurance won’t pay. Great experience.

I had to get a cpap machine, was pretty nervous and didn’t know what to expect. From the first call letting me know they received my script from my Dr all the way to picking up my device these guys have been extremely helpful. Mary waited on me and went over every detail of what was going to happen, what I was receiving, and how to properly take care of all the product. Mary definitely made the whole situation go as smooth as can be. I would recommend Lehan’s to anyone.

Several years ago we left another med supply company and started going to Lehans. This Was the best choice I could have made. Over the last 5 years they have been there for every situation with courtesy, caring and professionalism.They have been there for my family for each and every hurdle we have had to cross. They have helped wade through the quagmire of paperwork for insurance issues and all.Today I had an issue with a piece of equipment. They were at my home within 90 min and replaced it. Even though the other one started working again. The peace of mind knowing they have your back is priceless.They are life savers!!

When I was pregnant, my OB-Gyn in Belvidere recommended I contact Lehan’s Medical (specifically their online Breast Pump Store) to get a breast pump that would be covered by my insurance.Although the initial experience of picking out the best pump for me was overwhelming, I am happy with my choice (Spectra S2) and it’s been working out great. Lehan’s handled all of the backend insurance garbage — like figuring out what I qualify for and submitting to my insurance - which has been so helpful.They follow up every few months via email to see if I need replacement pump parts or storage bags— all covered for free with my insurance. It is all high quality parts and they arrive quickly.I wish more moms knew about all breastfeeding services that can be covered by their insurance — such as a breast pump, parts, bags, and lactation consultants! I will NEVER shop at Lehan's again. I got a walker after knee replacement in Jan. 2019 and I wish I had shopped elsewhere. I was told they had it in stock and it was ready for pick up. When I arrived they couldn't find it and gave me the floor display, but neglected to update the walker's serial number in my file. For months they harassed me to find the S/N so they could bill insurance. I wasn't physically able and they started billing me. I paid the bill. Fast forward to July 2021. Received a call saying I am owed a refund, verified my address and said I would receive the refund of overpayment in about 2 weeks. Called to check on my refund Aug. 5 and I am told I should receive it 6 to 8 weeks after they verified my address. I am so disgusted with Lehan's Medical Equipment.

This by far is the worst medical supply store I have experienced in life. The managers Sarah & Tyler are so unprofessional & Sarah being disrespectful to me with her bias reasons as she was told to provide me with new equipment per my doctor orders. I didnt receive equipment & spoke to higher management & he failed to respond to back with follow up call. It's really sad people work in businesses like this one & with this type of behavior towards new customers!! Truly Pathetic!!

I picked Lehans because they were fast in responding to me regarding my need for my first cpap machine and because their verbal quote for monthly cost was lower than others. Turns out they are charging me $62 per month over what I was quoted by Allisa on 11-6-20. They say it was because I needed a better machine than they had quoted (Resmed Aircurve 10). They should have known the exact machine that I needed per my doctors orders.
