Needed an auger. While they were a little more expensive than Walmart, they were in stock at the store, and Walmart only offered them online.
When you have a toilet that needs an auger, there is no time to wait for shipping. That is an immediate need. Thank you, Lowe's!

Bought a Therma tru craftsman door, got it home and the jamb was all screwed up, gouged and everything, every door they had in stock of the same style and brand were all damaged, literally no quality control from this company, and they’re supposed to be a name brand? Will never buy another door from Lowe’s again. Went to Home Depot and got the Feather river door same style, was in perfect shape and wrapped with cardboard like its supposed to be!

Good place for your outdoor needs. More expensive than other home improvement stores. Unfortunately they only give military discount on certain items now.

Received amazing customer service. These 2 stars are for leadership. My issue is the deplorable decision to not only have employees come in during these ice storms but to also not even allow them to park any closer to the doors. I always thought of Lowe’s as the place to care for its customers and employees. This location just wants a quick buck at the expense of others however! You’ve seen the plows. They do nothing for the Lowe’s parking lot. There are many Home Improvement projects that have to wait till after the storms. I understand that a business needs to run but without keeping its employees best safe there will be no business. I hope Lowe’s comes to their senses soon. I will be escalating the situation if it does not become clear a change will be made.

Top down, the worst set of management imaginable. Do not shop or work here, absolute horrible place to be at. And when you wonder why there is no employees working, just remember that the only thing management can control is the hours and they definitely need their bonus they do not deserve. lol absolute piss poor company

Holy helpful!! It was so nice having several associates ask if we needed assistance! They were all so genuinely nice and knowledgeable. My only reason for the 4 star review is because of their relationship with ComEd. All of their thermostats show a big instant rebate, but when we tried to obtain it, there was no rebate available. The associate said that unfortunately Lowes doesn't control the rebate, that the electric company comes in to do that. So I'd consider it as a bit of false advertising when you tell customers that an item is $75 off but you can't actually get that discount.

I used to love coming to Lowe's, it was relaxing walking through and picking out home improvement items. Now I get anxiety every time I walk in the doors. I know I'm going to get bombarded with workers asking me if I own a home and then they proceed to try to sell me solar panels. As soon as they ask if you own a home just say you don't, easy enough but still anyone with anxiety will understand. I've recently started shopping at a different home improvement store due to this. I don't know why Lowe's allows this and have decided to stoop so low. I have ok windows with great attic insulation in a 2k sqft house and my electric bill is very low. Slowly invest in newer windows and good insulation, it's way cheaper. Never will I put those ugly solar panels drilled through my roof in this downcast Midwest weather.
