Knowledgeable techs and fantastic service! I took my vehicle in for an indicator light check and after diagnostics, they informed me the issue was covered under an extended manufacturer warranty - referencing the exact location in the bulletin. I took the information to the dealership and repair was completed at no cost. Very glad I started with Marks!

I recently needed a bunch of work done to my Hyundai Tucson, including a new engine, my engine had two cylinders go out and just couldn't afford to get it repaired until recently, I pretty much knew I needed a new engine, but I brought it to Mark's specifically because I do DoorDash and have delivered to them countless times and they always take care of their delivery drivers. So I knew whenever I needed work done I was going to bring it here. I told them I needed a new engine, and they tried everything they could to try to fix the current engine to save me money, which I appreciate. Unfortunately we had to go ahead with the new engine, engine runs great and they have me a fair price, since then I've brought it in a few times for other things, brakes/rotors, catalytic converter replacement, and a coolant hose replacement, all of these were separate events. Alicia and Mark's in general are fantastic at being transparent and keeping you updated on everything they do with your vehicle. And every time I've brought it in they have gotten to it immediately. I really appreciate the efficiency, attempt to keep costs low, and constant communication. I would recommend Mark's to anyone. I'm not a car expert, but I do not a little bit and able to do alot of basic maintenance myself, so the fact that I'm somewhat knowledgeable made me feel like I could trust them considering I knew what was wrong with my vehicle and they didn't try any funny business or anything. Mark's can be trusted, and I highly recommend them! Thanks Alicia!
