When I visited the store, it was pretty busy, but the gentleman helping us did a fantastic job balancing his attention among customers. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses and materials. I appreciated that there was no high-pressure sales pitch—unlike the pushy vibe I’ve felt at some of the big-name stores. This felt like a much more relaxed and honest experience.
While delivery did take a little longer than the big box stores, it makes sense since each mattress is made to order. The quality really reflects that. I also liked that the company genuinely values customer feedback when planning future product offerings.
Their warranty is also far better than what you typically see elsewhere, which shows they truly stand behind their product. The delivery team was great too—friendly and professional when they brought in the new mattress and took the old one out.
Overall, I had a great experience and have already recommended this company to several friends!”
“Process was very easy. Michael helped us. We tried multiple beds. He explained the pros and cons of each. We moved back and forth when we narrowed it down to 2 mattresses. We went with the I8 sleep number mattress with adjustable frame. He did all he could to apply rebates. All in all it’s hard to part with that much money, but I think we got a good product that we’ll have for the next 20-25 years.”

“The store has good, sturdy furniture. It's a brand I've never heard of, but everything seems well made. The store sells mostly floor models at fair prices. The staff is helpful but not pushy, willing to make reasonable deals, and the same-day delivery is great and cheaper than most places scheduled delivery.”
“I don’t know why you guys are all talking trash. I got a three month warranty on a washer, dryer and dishwasher and they all still work. That was like five years ago.
Don’t buy the shiny stainless steel one. The manufacturer only gives us six month limited warranty. People need to stop shopping based off of looks and start shopping based off performance. Maybe you wouldn’t have problems then.”
