“I love how I was sent a text message to let the center know when I arrived. I clicked the link provided to check in which allowed me to not have to check in the lobby. I was called almost immediately. The young lady who drew my blood was quick and quite efficient. I did not feel the needle go in at all. It was very smooth. I told her so, too. I confirmed my name was spelled correctly on the labels. I then signed my name after the blood draw and I was out of there in about 5 minutes! Very pleasant experience.”
