When stores post on their website that they carrie items they actually need to have them in stock.
It would save the shopper from waisting time and money.

This Meijers is always clean and friendly. However, their pickup needs to either not have times to choose from (like Target) or send emails when they’re severely behind. Something that lets you know your order will not be ready by the designated time you chose. It’s convenient when you’re sick and can’t be in public. But something has to be changed with communication when orders are SUPER behind.

I shop at Meijer at least three times a week, I always find what I need. if you go during sales and clip the digital coupons you can save alot over Walmart and aldi. The produce and deli area could use a little more help, I always use the self checkout and twice a nice, wonderful and helpful cashier named Shelley W. Was very informative and helpful I give her 20 stars thank you shelly:) yet some of the employees can argue about the 5for 5 OR MORE or the 7for7 OR MORE they need to be trained on the more part because some items don't ring up as they should so they argue you have to buy 7 more even though I just got 9 at a $1.00 that is considered more, the computer error needs to be fixed and the employees more respectful and not tell the customer WHATEVER and walk off.

If you order online do not use your reward point because they will not be credited at checkout. I have twice ordered online and tried to use my free delivery and $5 in points and I was never credited with either one and had to pay for delivery on top of a decent tip. The first time this happened Myiers did credit my account for $10 because I lost over 14,000 points and the second time I complained that it happened once again they did not do anything about it. I am disabled I can't always get to the store I'm in my '70s so I look forward to using these points when they can benefit my grocery order. But from now on I will not be using my points when I do check out I'll wait till I go to the store rather than doing it from home. Too bad because Myers always used to be really good about this kind of stuff this is Rockford Myeirs on McFarland. I am very disappointed in their customer service at this point.

Purchased an infant thermometer from Meijer. It didn’t work, would only show temps between 94-96 degrees. Took it into customer service to return it, but only had the receipt and not the debit card. So I was told I needed to go back home and get my wife’s card that was used. No big deal. I returned with the card and receipt. And I was told I could only get store credit since it was purchased through Uber. I repeated I didn’t want store credit since we rarely shopped at Meijer. They attempted to put the amount onto the debit card but she said it failed.
I didn’t want to argue in public, so I left. This just didn’t make sense to me, why send me home to get my card just to give me store credit?

Very nice place only go there if I need something I can't find anywhere else. Like I went to visit my mom and dad and where they live they can't find split chicken breast I happened to find a meijers that did and bought 5 packs for him. Thank you at the time he was having open heart and loves my spilt chicken breast recipe so thank you guys for having them

12 checkout lanes and only ever 2 with cashier's. Ridiculous wait times to get through these checkout lanes. Employees no help when I can't find an item or even an entire section.

Called the store to ask if I could return UNOPENED formula and I was told yes and I doubled checked because some stuff like that you can't return and she said yes again drove all the way over there to be told no and called a liar about talking to someone
