I had a great experience with my auto loan at Members Alliance. Special thank you to Cody Taylor, the Lead Loan Officer. Cody communicated easily with me to walk me through the loan process. He also made sure I received all the benefits and discounts I was entitled to as a long standing MACU member, even finding my MACU Visa points to get my maximized lowest rate. Hi five. This bank will report you late no matter what's going on in your life compared to other major credit cards like Discover or Chase. Forget any hardships going on, if you're 30 days late, reported. And their payment system is horrible and their app is horrible. And the lady that does the reporting, Kim, is a horrible person. Never using this bank again.

I went to Members Alliance yesterday to move some accounts from another bank. Being elderly makes these transactions very stressful! Old people hate change! I talked with a girl who acted like I was an inconvenience. Not a place I want to do business……as I was walking out, Erma,(a real sweet gal at the front desk) saw my frustration and suggested I speak with someone else. Ugh! O.K., so I met with Heather. Oh my, what a gal! She listened to me and did her best to match me with the accounts I was wanting. The IRS requires paperwork that I did not bring with me so I will have to go back today to finish setting up the second account BUT you can bet I’ll be heading straight for Heather’s desk! I am so looking forward to it! She is GREAT!

I don’t know if people have noticed how hard it has become to cash in coins for cash but fewer places allow it and fewer do it without charging a significant percentage, up to 12%, I have found.Others only let you donate the change amount to a few big charities or get gift cards for unpopular chain restaurants.At MACU, if you have an account, you can convert change to cash without paying a % or a service fee. Easy stuff.If you are not a member the fee is 8.9% which is on the low end of competing services like CoinStar, etc.But instead you should open an account because you want to be associated with a credit union that cares about their customers and provides great customer service and then it is fee free.

I'll be closing my account with them soon. I thought that by being with a credit union it would be easier to be considered for a personal loan or even a mortgage. Sadly this isn't the case. I would be better off applying at a big bank, it would be about the same stipulations or hoops to jump through.

went there for a loan with a 720 credit score and was denied had to pay them to drop my credit and tell me no!? ended up going online elsewhere and got the loan i needed in no time! they make it sound good at first! i do not recommend at all!! if they would of actually looked at my other bank account and seen how much money i had im sure they would of approved me but that is not how their system works! oh well they are just missing out on good customers!

I just got my first vehicle and I financed with Members Alliance and it was the best experience!! Sam W. Helped me and she was so sweet and kind dealing with a first time for everything person lol!! Def recommend her if you ever need help with an auto loan! Especially if it’s your first time! ? ? ?

I have been with members alliance for years!! I love this institution and I refuse to go anywhere else.. all of the staff are beyond nice and helpful, especially this last time Gianna has been an amazing help, such a wonderful human, and experience with this bank.
