Lavorie went above and beyond in customer service and was very much appreciated. She even stayed beyond closing to make sure we were set (thank you) with everything. I cannot say enough great things as she is perfect for her position.

I agree this is Not a good private owned store.I had notes in my account from a corporate manager and they would not even open my account to look at them. They said it's their way only. They are not T-Mobile they are private owned. They will only do things they way they want to here. Not customer service oriented at all.

I was in there about 1:00pm Saturday they wasn't very busy I just wanted to pay my bill July 16 th the employee was very rude waiting on customers behind me and talking to the customer she was waiting on about her personal life and not waiting on me

I am a current customer with metro and we have a two line plan. Yesterday I came into your store to purchase a new phone with the upgrade price because mine was broken. I bought the moto G power, a case and also a speaker. I was overcharged based on what the salesman had told me the price of everything would be. I did not even get a receipt which I was told was put into the bag with my items. My boyfriend went into the store right after me to purchase a new phone for himself as well because he was also eligible for an upgrade. He was told many lies and ended up paying for three transactions which he was overcharged for several things also. He does have his receipts because he had to specifically request them. We want to return several items and remove the tablet and the tablet service, which we have not used or taken out of the box. We are very unhappy with the customer service recieved and the overcharging which we feel the salesperson was very sneaky about. I plan on coming into the store tomorrow but I wanted to make sure we come at a time when a manager is available. I have tried emailing the email addresses I seen on previous reviews but they say they aren't valid email addresses anymore

The agent working was not very friendly or helpful. Left us standing while she talked otp to others then boss took over the computer from another location and left myself and 3 other customers just standing there. When asked how long agent just said her boss was using her computer. After waiting over 30 mins to simply PAY MY BILL and add a line. Need customer service training provided to employees. Absolutely will not go back!!

Not the greatest customer service, associate not very informative in regards to my service plan I wound up calling metro to get the info. None the less I got my service started.

It's not the store @ all it's the service of the company! I haven't been wit metro that long n I'm switching over! My service goes out n stays out from 45min 2 an hour! N imagine this happing every other day. Sucks, if I travel just no reason 2 have my phone with me, useless! Being a mom and away from my kids whn I do step away n my phone does this is not ok. U guys just lost a customer. So over it, I will b switching over

I came into n main location looking for a phone for me and my daughter. Mike gave us two phones, a speaker and put us on a plan that had hot spot and a discount since we had two phone lines for under $120. Thank you Mike for the help and the great deal.
